SPICY DRESSING FOR YOUR SALAD
Everyone loves salads, especially during the hot hot summer. Here is a unique dressing to try on your favorite salad. Your guests will enjoy this lovely dressing that pairs tomato with garlic, lemon, onion, oil, parsley, ginger, and hot chili for a special treat.

HOT & SPICY SALAD DRESSING
If you read my "About Me" page, you'll see I don't buy salad dressing, I make my own. This is one of my favorite dressings. sometimes I switch around some spices and herbs, but this is the basic recipe. Notice there is NO OIL. Why? because you don't need it! This is HOT! If you want to make this a gift for a hot sauce fan, use an empty bottle and print your own lable.

- Easy: Mix everything into a tupperwear salad dressing holder, because this will last you a while.
- Shake, Shake, Shake!
- Top your salad with this.
- DOES NOT NEED TO BE REFIGERATED. You CAN if you want to, but it's not necessary.
HONKY TONK SWEET AND SPICY SALAD DRESSING
Steps:
- Combine the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Sriracha, ginger, celery seed, salt, pepper and 1/8 cup water in a blender. Blend well. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

- French dressing. A classic recipe that everyone enjoys, made with oil and vinegar. This is the solid foundation of the salad dressing world. To make, whisk 1 tsp Dijon mustard with 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of sugar and salt and pepper in a small bowl or shake together in a jam jar.
- Honey & mustard dressing. Sweet with a little bit of heat, this is another popular combination. Just five storecupboard ingredients stand between you and salad perfection.
- Sesame & soy dressing. If you're looking for a subtly nutty, savoury flavour then this Asian-style dressing is ideal. Just add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 2 tbsp groundnut oil, juice of 1 lime, ¼ tsp chilli flakes and 1 tsp honey to a small bowl and stir together.
- Sherry & soy dressing. Plump, juicy sultanas and subtly sweet vinegar go nicely together in this orangey dressing. Whisk together the zest and juice of 1 orange, 4 tbsp sherry vinegar and 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a small bowl.
- Parsley dressing. This light, herby dressing with a hint of garlic goes well with fish, pasta salad or a nutrient-packed tabbouleh. It's not overwhelming and it's just a shake away.
