Sparkling Pomegranate Lemonade Food

POMEGRANATE LEMONADE

Steps:

• Heat the water in a saucepan over medium heat with the sugar and mint leaves, stirring, just until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and pomegranate juice. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until cold. Serve in glasses filled with ice and garnished with a sprig of mint.

SPARKLING POMEGRANATE LEMONADE

Steps:

• Fill a glass with ice. Add the lemonade and top with the pomegranate juice and club soda or seltzer.
• Use a spoon or straw to gently stir the ingredients to combine.

POMEGRANATE LEMONADE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Pour the pomegranate juice into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Put the lemon juice and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer; cook, stirring, until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
• To serve, fill a tall rocks glass with 3 to 4 pomegranate ice cubes. Pour about 1/4 cup of the lemon syrup over the ice and top off with seltzer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Stir gently, garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and serve.
• Cook's Note: This recipe is easily doubled or tripled for a crowd

SPARKLING FRESH LEMONADE

Steps:

• Bring 1 cup water and the sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely; refrigerate until ready to use.
• Put syrup, lemon juice, and sparkling water in a pitcher. Stir in the ice.

SPARKLING LEMONADE

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, combine cold water, lemon juice and sugar, stir until sugar dissolves.
• Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
• Just before serving, gradually add soda water down edge of pitcher, stir to mix.
• Garnish.
• Pour lemonade over ice cubes in glasses.
• Garnish each serving with lemon slices and mint sprig.
