3 cups canned vegetable juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon finely minced seeded canned chipotle chilies
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sugar
2/3 cup chilled vodka
Ice cubes
6 celery stalks with leafy tops
6 fresh red chilies, slit

Steps:

Mix first 7 ingredients in pitcher. Chill mixture until cold, at least 2 hours or overnight. Mix in vodka.
Fill 6 tall glasses with ice. Pour Bloody Mary mixture over. Garnish with celery and chilies.

2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
Ice cubes
3 cups chilled tomato juice
2 cups chilled beer
3/4 cup chilled vodka
1/3 cup lemon juice
4 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Sliced cooked bratwurst links, cheese curds and small dill pickles

Steps:

Using lemon wedges, moisten the rims of six highball glasses. Sprinkle salt and pepper on a plate; dip rims in mixture. Fill with ice; set glasses aside., In a large pitcher, combine tomato juice, beer, vodka, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce; pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with skewers of bratwurst, cheese and pickles.
