1 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar, room temperature
1/3 cup shredded Monterey jack, room temperature
3 tablespoons mayonnaise, room temperature
2 tablespoons cream cheese, room temperature
2 ounces jarred diced pimento peppers, drained
1 tablespoon bread and butter pickle juice
1/2 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/4 cups shredded cabbage
8 slices thick-cut applewood smoked bacon
1 1/4 pounds ground chuck
1/4 pound cured and smoked country ham, finely chopped (or chopped in a food processor)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 potato hamburger buns, split
1/2 cup crushed kettle-cooked plain potato chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • To prepare Pimento Cheese, in a medium mixing bowl, combine Cheddar and Jack cheeses, mayonnaise, cream cheese, pimento peppers, pickle juice, horseradish sauce, and mustard; mix until well combined.
  • To prepare Honey Slaw, in a small mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, honey, and cabbage; mix until well combined.
  • Heat a 12-inch nonstick grill pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until the bacon is crispy, about 5 minutes, flipping once. Drain on paper towels. Pour off almost all of the bacon fat from the pan, leaving a very thin layer.
  • To make the patties, combine the beef, country ham, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Handling the meat as little as possible to avoid compacting it, mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties to fit the buns.
  • Using the same grill pan as before, cook the hamburgers over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side or until cooked medium rare.
  • Meanwhile, place buns on a rack in the oven. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes. Also, place the plates that the burgers will be served on in the oven to heat.
  • To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of Pimento Cheese on the cut sides of the buns. On each bun bottom (on top of the Pimento Cheese), place a thin layer of Honey Slaw. Top the slaw with a burger patty, 2 slices of bacon, and crushed potato chips. Add the bun tops. Place the completed hamburgers on a nonstick baking sheet and bake in the oven for 1 minute. Serve burgers on warm plates.

salt and black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, minced jalapeno, and pimento into the large bowl of a mixer. Beat at medium speed, with paddle if possible, until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

1 pkg 8oz extra sharp white cheddar grated
1 jar(s) 4oz pimientos, with juice
1/2 c duke's real mayonaise
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 pinch salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Hand grate your cheddar cheese's on your work surface for easy preparation!!!
  • 2. Mix the shredded cheese together with the pimientos stir well, stir in cayenne pepper and Duke's Mayonaise, stir until well blended.
  • 3. Add salt & pepper to taste and stir again, combining all ingredients. Pack them in your favorite container and refrigerate for 2 hours before devouring !!!!!!!
  • 4. And for the Grand Finale....a slice of your favorite White sandwich bread spread with this delicious mixture and placed under the broiler until "Melted & Toasty" OMG!!!

3 6 oz packages Sargento® Reserve Series™Shredded 18-Month Aged Cheddar Cheese
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 4 oz jar diced pimientos (drained, reserve 1 Tbsp juice)
1 tsp finely grated sweet onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp ground mustard
few dashes hot sauce (optional)

Steps:

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl whisk together mayonnaise, pimiento plus reserved juice, onion, worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, paprika, pepper and mustard. Add a few dashes of hot sauce, if desired.
  • Add cheese, mix well. Place into an airtight container and chill for 4 hours.
  • Serve slathered on grilled burgers. crackers, celery or with corn chips as a dip.

Pimento Cheese is an old Southern favorite. Perfect for sandwiches, as a dip or as a spread on celery sticks. Great for family get together's of any type. Really easy to make. We're using Hoop Cheese, another Southern favorite, but regular or sharp cheddar cheese can be used as well.

1 lb. of Hoop Cheese, grated
1 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
1 small jar of Pimento's, drained. (4oz)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Texas Pete Hot Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Sugar - optional
1/2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar - optional.

Steps:

  • Remove and discard the red rind from the Hoop Cheese.
  • Grate the cheese. Place in large mixing bowl.
  • Drain and discard liquid from the jar of Pimento's.
  • Add mayonnaise to the grated cheese.
  • Add the drained Pimento's.
  • Add Worcestershire Sauce
  • Add Onion Powder.
  • Add Texas Pete Hot Sauce.
  • Add Black Pepper.
  • Stir well. Taste.
  • Add more seasonings if needed to suit your taste.
  • Add the sugar if preferred. It's optional.
  • Add the Apple Cider Vinegar if preferred. It's optional.
  • Mix well. Place in container. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors blend together.
  • Enjoy!
