Steps:

• Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl until combined.
• Add the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat on medium-high speed until pale and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
