SMA TARTOR

Steps:

• Cream butter with 1 cup sugar. Add the egg yolks; sift flour together with baking powder. Add to mixture.
• Stir well and add 1/2 tsp vanilla. Pat this mixture into a 9x9 inch cake pan.
• Sprinkle with nuts.
• Beat egg whites very stiff and beat in the second cup of brown sugar and 1/2 stp vanilla. Spread over the top of the nuts.
• Bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes.
• Cool.
• Cut in squares to serve.

BASIC MEATBALLS

Steps:

• Mix the sirloin, egg, milk, salt/pepper, and the Worcestershire sauce.
• Add as much of the bread crumbs as you need (mixture should be slightly moist).
• Roll into desired sized balls.
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Place onto a cookie sheet or 13x9 baking dish.
• Bake meatballs for 15-23 minutes or until no pink remains.
• Drain onto paper towels.

MORE TEXAS TRASH

Steps:

• Mix butter, bacon drippings, garlic salt, savory salt, worcestershire and tobasco together and pour over chex, cheerios and nut mixture. Mix with hands to coat. Bake in large pan at 250°F for 1 hour.

FATTENING CORN

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Drain excess water from corn.
• Mix cream cheese, butter, corn and salsa (if used) together thouroughly.
• Place in casserole dish.
• Heat for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
• May garnish with paprika if desired.

TATER TOT CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Pre-heat oven to 450.
• Brown the ground beef in a skillet until thoroughly cooked.
• drain off excess grease.
• Transfer ground beef back into skillet and add the can of cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper; stir until mixed evenly.
• Pour beef mixture into casserole dish and add tater tots to the top, spreading an even layer.
• Bake for 35 minutes.
• ENJOY!
• *Ground the beef with the onion; chopped. Tastes really good with the onion but I've left it out for friends with Onion Allergies and I still LOVE it!
