CROCK POT RAVIOLI
This is a recipe that I adopted from a sweet chef by the name of CBW. A real doll. "I always plan a crock pot meal for Sunday afternoon so that it's all ready after church, and I wanted something different than the chicken we usually end up with. This was a big hit!"

Steps:
- Pour about half of the pasta sauce in the bottom of crock pot.
- Add frozen ravioli.
- Pour additional pasta sauce, tomato sauce, water, and red pepper over ravioli (I usually pour the pasta sauce on first and then shake together the tomato sauce, water, and red pepper in the empty pasta sauce jar to mix them).
- Sprinkle Italian seasonings over sauces.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Turn crock pot on low and cook for 4-5 hours (until ravioli are tender).

SLOW-COOKER PIZZA RAVIOLI MIX UP
Add something cheesy to your Italian dinner with this ravioli made using pork sausage, ground beef and pepperoni - a tasty slow-cooked meal.

Steps:
- Spray bottom of 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Line side of slow cooker with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
- In 12-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, breaking up sausage with spoon, until no longer pink; drain. Place sausage in large bowl. In same skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked and onion is tender; drain. Add beef mixture and 1 jar of the pasta sauce to bowl with sausage; stir to combine.
- In slow cooker, spread half of remaining jar of pasta sauce to cover bottom. Layer with half of the ravioli and half of the meat mixture. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and half of the pepperoni. Repeat layers.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 hours. Sprinkle with olives before serving. Garnish with basil.

SUPREME RAVIOLI PIZZA BAKE
Cheese ravioli create a surprising crust for this square pan pizza. They bake up crisp on the bottom, like crust, but the top is still pillowy and cheesy -- adding a new dimension to your favorite pizza toppings.

- Move an oven rack to the bottom position and preheat to 425 degrees F. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil for the pasta. Brush a rimmed half-sheet pan with olive oil and coat the bottom and sides with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
- Cook the ravioli until al dente, 1 to 2 minutes less than the package cooking time. Drain and pat dry. Toss the ravioli in a large bowl with the eggs, olive oil, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Arrange the ravioli on the sheet pan in a single layer with only the edges overlapping. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan.
- Bake the ravioli until golden brown and the tops and bottoms are crisp, about 25 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler. Spread the pizza sauce on the ravioli crust. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan. Top with the sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, mushrooms, onion and ham. Broil until the cheese is browned and bubbly, about 3 minutes. Scatter the basil over the top before serving.
SLOW-COOKER SHORTCUT RAVIOLI LASAGNA
Ravioli, beef sauce and cheese are combined in a slow-cooker to make a delicious Italian dinner.

- Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium- high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
- Spoon 3/4 cup of the pasta sauce in bottom of slow cooker. Layer half of the ravioli, half of the beef mixture and 1 cup of the cheese over sauce. Repeat layers with 3/4 cup sauce, remaining ravioli and remaining beef mixture. Top with remaining sauce; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook kluski noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Stir marinara sauce and pizza sauce into ground beef.
