1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 pkg. (6 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1 can (14.5 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 container (8 oz.) ricotta cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 3 min. Add spinach; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. Meanwhile, mix ricotta, 1/4 cup Parmesan and pepper until blended.
  • Spread 3/4 cup tomato sauce mixture onto bottom of slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with 3 noodles, breaking as necessary to fit, and 3/4 cup of the remaining tomato sauce mixture. Cover with ricotta mixture, 1 cup shredded cheese, 3/4 cup tomato sauce mixture and remaining noodles, broken to fit. Top with remaining tomato sauce mixture; cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; let stand, covered, 10 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.

2 Cups cremini mushrooms, sliced
1/2 Cup prepared pesto (I like costo's brand)
3/4 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 Cup shredded provolone cheese
1 (15 oz) carton ricotta cheese
1 large egg, lightly beaten
3/4 Cup grated fresh parmesan cheese, divided
1 Jar (25.5 oz) tomato basil pasta sauce
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 heaping Tablespoons tomato paste
12 lasagna noodles, not cooked.

Steps:

  • Wilt spinach in a saucepan with a few tablespoons of water. Drain, squeeze dry, and coarsly chop. Combine spinach, mushrooms, and pesto in a medium bowl, set aside. Combine mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, beaten egg, and stir well. Stirl in 1/4 cup parmesan, set aside. Combine pasta sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste. Spread 1 cup of pasta sauce mixture in the bottom of a slow cooker. Arrange 3 noodle over pasta sauce, top with 1 cup cheese mixture and 1 cup spinach mixture. Repeat with layers, ending with spinach mixture each time, and last layer is just noodles and pasta sauce. Sprinkle with remaining parmesand cover with lid, cook on low for 5 hours or until done. 8 servings.

1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or basil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 pounds part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 6 cups)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (about 1 ounce)
1 32-ounce jar marinara sauce
12 to 18 lasagna noodles (not no-boil)

Steps:

  • Stir the ricotta, spinach, mushrooms, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, combine the mozzarella and parmesan.
  • Spread about 1/2 cup marinara sauce in a thin layer in a 6-quart slow cooker. Cover with a single layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (4 to 6 noodles), breaking them as needed to fit. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles. Top with about one-third of the remaining sauce, then sprinkle with about one-third of the mozzarella mixture. Repeat the layers (noodles, ricotta, sauce, mozzarella mixture). Top with the remaining noodles, then the remaining sauce and mozzarella mixture.
  • Cover and cook on low, 4 hours. Uncover and let rest 15 minutes so the excess liquid is absorbed.

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
30 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry

24 ounces ricotta cheese (3 cups)
1 1/2 cups basil pesto (I like Nona Lena's Sicilian style pesto)
2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (6 cups)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Oil 13"x9" casserole dish.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil.
  • Sauté onion and garlic until onion is transparent.
  • Add spinach; cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add ricotta, pesto, Parmesan, and nuts to spinach; mix well.
  • Layer 5 lasagne noodles in bottom of casserole dish, slightly overlapping each other.
  • Top with 1/3 of spinach mixture and 1/3 of mozarella cheese.
  • Repeat layers twice.
  • Bake until hot and bubbly (35 minutes).

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (1 ounce) envelope vegetable soup mix
2 (1 lb) jars pasta sauce
12 lasagna noodles, uncooked

Steps:

  • Combine ricotta, 1 cup mozarella, 1/4 cup parmesean, eggs, spinach, and soup mix.
  • In 6 quart slow cooker, spread 1 cup sauce. Layer 4 lasagna noodles, broken to fit, then 1 cup sauce, and 1/2 ricotta mixture. Repeat. Top with remaning 4 noodles and 2 cups sauce. Reserve remaining sauce. Cook covered on low 5 to 6 hours.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with remaining sauce heated.
  • recipe calls for 2 - 1lb 10oz jars of pasta sauce. Would not let me post it like that.

9 whole wheat lasagna noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup red onion, diced
4 cups mushrooms, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (10 ounce) bag Baby Spinach, washed and dried
2 cups tomato sauce
pepper
1 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
1 (475 g) container light ricotta cheese
2 cups light mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375º F (190º C).
  • Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • To make the sauce: Heat oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes. Add garlic and spinach. Cover and cook until the spinach is wilted. About 5 minutes. Uncover and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add the tomato sauce and pepper.
  • To make the lasagna: Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch (3 L) baking dish with 3 lasagna noodles. Top with half of the ricotta cheese, half of the sauce and half of the feta cheese. Repeat. Place the final 3 noodles on top and cover with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is starting to brown.

1 cup water
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Four Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
6 lasagna noodles, uncooked, broken to fit inside slow cooker
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Combine chicken, pasta sauce, water and oregano. Mix cream cheese spread, pesto, 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese and spinach until blended.
  • Spoon 1 cup chicken mixture into slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of half each of the noodles and cream cheese spread mixture. Cover with 2 cups chicken mixture. Top with remaining noodles, cream cheese mixture and chicken mixture. Cover with lid.

1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon light miso
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
pressed black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons tarragon
2 teaspoons dill
8 ounces mushrooms
8 ounces spinach
1/2 cup fresh parsley
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs, toasted
1/2 cup walnuts
4 cups tomato sauce
9 lasagna noodles, al dente

Steps:

  • Blend tofu in processor.
  • Add salt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, tahini& miso.
  • Blend till thoroughly smooth.
  • Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil.
  • Add onion& saute till translucent.
  • Add garlic, pepper, nutmeg, tarragon, dill& mushrooms.
  • Saute for several minutes.
  • Stir in chopped spinach& parsley.
  • Saute very briefly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the saute to tofu mixture.
  • Blend briefly.
  • Be sure to maintain the texture.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Lightly oil the bottom& sides of a baking dish.
  • Add 2 to 3 tb of breadcrumbs& ensure that the dish is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle 1/3 of walnuts on bottom of dish, followed by 1/4 of the tomato sauce.
  • Lay 3 noodles on top of the sauce& evenly spread half the tofu mixture on the noodles.
  • Repeat a second layer.
  • Then top with remaining walnuts, noodles& sauce.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the breadcrumbs on top.
  • Cover& bake for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover& bake another 10 minutes.
  • Cool for 20 to 30 minutes before slicing.
