Steps:
- Add cream cheese, preserves, chopped peppers and shredded cheese to slow cooker
- Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6, stirring occasionally
- When fully heated through and peppers softened, stir until all cream cheese is blended smooth
- Optional: In oven safe dish, top dip with breadcrumbs and drizzle with melted butter
- Place in oven preheated to 400 degrees for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned

- Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapenos, diced green chilies, garlic powder, and shredded mexican cheese to a 3-quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon on top. Place lid on until cheese is melted.
- Serve with tortilla chips or Frito chips.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Set aside 1/4 cup of the pickled jalapenos. Chop the remaining pickled jalapenos and place in a mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese, chicken, cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt and hot sauce. Stir until thoroughly combined. Scrape into a small baking dish. Place the reserved pickled jalapenos in the center of the dip.
- Bake until warmed through and bubbly around the edges, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle the crispy jalapenos around the edge of the dip.
- Serve warm with the corn chips, carrots, celery and peppers for dipping.

- Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

- Combine chicken thighs, cream cheese, jalapeno peppers with juice, green enchilada sauce, salt, and black pepper together in a slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours. Shred chicken with 2 forks and stir with sauce in the slow cooker to combine.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Spread tortillas out on a flat work surface and sprinkle pepperjack cheese evenly in the center of each tortilla. Spread about 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture over cheese on each tortilla. Tightly roll each tortilla and place, seam-side down, on the prepared baking sheet. Brush top and sides of each rolled tortilla with vegetable oil.

- Preheat the broiler. If using fresh jalapeños, cut them in half and remove the seeds, then place cut side down on a baking sheet. Broil them for 1-2 minutes, until the skins blacken and bubble. Remove from the broiler. When cool enough to handle, peel off and discard the outer skin, then dice the peppers. Set aside.
- Turn the oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream. Add the cheddar cheese, ¾ of the Parmesan, and the diced jalapeños. Mix well.
- In a separate medium bowl, mix the bread crumbs, melted butter, the remaining Parmesan cheese, and the parsley.
- Spoon the jalapeño mixture into an 8x8-inch (20x20-cm) baking dish or a medium cast iron pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle the bread crumb topping evenly on top.

This is the Best Jalapeno Popper Dip ,I was looking for a dip online and came across this recipe on Mixingbowl.com so by no mean's can I take credit for this one . And this is so quick to put together. I have doubled,and tripled this recipe and never have enough.I only made three change's for our taste .I used 1 (4oz ) can mild green chiles diced, and 1 jar ( 11.5oz ) hot jalapeno nacho slices and 1 fresh jalapeno with the seeds.We like it Kicked Up !! And the Panko Bread crumbs are the best for this recipe , we didn't care for the regular bread crumbs .
