2 cups vanilla almond, coconut or soy milk
1/2 cup whole oats
1 1/4 cups fresh, frozen or canned peaches, or mango cubes
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup baby spinach, loosely packed
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 bananas

Steps:

  • Place the milk and oats in a blender and blend for 15 seconds on high. Add the peaches, ice, spinach, honey, vanilla and bananas and blend until very smooth, 45 seconds. Serve in glasses.

4 cups dark leafy greens - spinach works well
1 cucumber, diced
½ cup water
1 lime, juiced
4 carrots, peeled and diced
1 apple, cored and diced
1 orange, peeled
1 cup strawberries
1 scoop Truvani Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)
1 cup ice (optional)

Steps:

  • Put dark leafy greens, cucumber, lime juice, water into a high speed blender and blend for a minute.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and process until smooth.

½ pound frozen pineapple

1 ¼ cup orange juice

Steps:

  • Dump each of the fruits into a large blender. Pour the orange juice over the top of the fruit.
  • Blend for about a minute to completely puree the fruit. Add more orange juice to make the smoothie more pourable or liquid.
  • Serve with extra frozen fruit and a fun straw.

  • Garnish with a strawberry.
