Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended.
- Add eggs and blend thoroughly.
- Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
- Stir in toffee bits.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet (I used ungreased parchment paper).
- Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool slightly, remove from the cookie sheet to a wire rack.
- Cool completely.

- Preheat the oven for 375F.
- Grease a cookie sheet - either a 15x10 or 17x11.
- With an electric mixer, cream the butter with the white and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- Whisk the baking soda, baking powder and salt in with the flour, then slowly beat the flour into the creamed ingredients until smooth and no longer lumpy.
- With a wooden spoon or mixer on low, add the chocolate chips and Skor toffee bits until evenly combined.
- Press the cookie dough evenly on the greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes if using a 15x10 cookie sheet or 17-19 minutes if using a 17x11 cookie sheet.
- Cool on a wire rack and cut into bars.

Steps:
- Break up chocolate cake and add to the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
- Beat milk and chocolate pudding powder together until set.
- Then beat softened cream cheese and chocolate pudding together
- Spread cream cheese pudding mixture evenly over broken cake bits.
- Break up the Skor bars into small pieces(*I put the chocolate bars in a ziplock and hit them with a hammer to break them up)
- Sprinkle 6 broken/chopped Skor bars over pudding/cream cheese layer.
- Beat whipping cream to soft peaks and add white granulated sugar. Beat to stiff peaks.
- Spread whipped cream over Skor layer.

The last time I had these was about two years ago. I was going through my recipe box and found the card. Figured that maybe someone would like to try them. The recipe is from my sister-in-laws daughter.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet(s).
- 2. In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
- 3. In a large bowl beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Stir in toffee bits.
- 4. Drop by rounded tsp onto prepared cookie sheet.
- 5. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly brown.
- 6. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
- 7. Cool completely.
HOMEMADE SKOR BARS
This is a great recipe for finger food on your coffee and end tables at Christmas or any time of year. Be careful because they are addictive!(Note: I have estimated the serving sizes which was really hard to do!)

Steps:
- Preheat oven at 350F.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan on the stove. Stir frequently. Stir until the mixture is a thick syrup consistency. The thicker the better.
- While melting the butter and sugar, line a 15x9 cookie sheet with soda crackers. Make sure the pan is well greased or you can use a tin foil lining with cooking spray.
- When syrup mixture is ready, remove from heat and pour over crackers and spread evenly.
- Place baking sheet in the oven for 8-10 minutes, watching to see if the sides start to burn.
- Remove from oven and cool for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let sit for 1 minute and then evenly spread melted chocolate over crackers mixture.
- Cool completely.
- Break into bite-size pieces and serve in candy dishes.
- Note: the candy mixture (sugar and butter) should be quite hard when you break the pieces. If it's chewy then you pulled the saucepan away from stove too soon. If the mixture sticks to the cookie sheet, be sure to grease more next time or try tin foil to peel later. You also don't need to use a knife to break into bars. Just random sized pieces is fine. Makes it more fun!

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Sift flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together,set aside.
- In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
- Add vanilla and eggs and beat until smooth.
- Add flour mixture and beat until just combined.
- Mix in Skor pieces by hand.
- Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in sugar.
- Place on cookie sheet and flatten with the bottom of a glass.
- Bake about 10-12 minutes until set but not brown.
- Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes and transfer to rack.
