Ingredients

1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans
2 packages (1 ounce each) corn chips
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups chopped lettuce
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 cup salsa
2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
2 tablespoons sour cream

Steps:

In a small saucepan, heat chili. Divide corn chips between two plates; top with chili. Layer with cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa, olives and sour cream. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

1½ cups chow mein noodles
1 cup marshmallows
1/2 cup peanuts
1 cup butterscotch morsels
1/2 cup SKIPPY® Creamy Peanut Butter
Chocolate shavings, red, orange and yellow gel icing as desired

Steps:

In large bowl, combine chow mein noodles, marshmallows and peanuts; mix well. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave butterscotch morsels and peanut butter on HIGH (100%) 1 minute or until butterscotch is melted; stir until smooth. Pour over noodle mixture; toss to coat. On wax-paper-lined baking sheet, drop mixture by tablespoonfuls, forming small mounds. Refrigerate until firm. Store in refrigerator. Decorate as desired.
