TURKEY MEATLOAF
Turkey meatloaf is a favorite in our house! This healthy meatloaf recipe made with lean ground turkey is easy and delicious.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a small bowl combine 2 tbsp of the ketchup with Worcestershire sauce.
- In a small skillet, heat olive oil and onion on low heat until translucent, 3 to 5 minutes, remove from heat.
- In a medium bowl combine the turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup ketchup, salt and marjoram.
- Place mixture into a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and place on a baking pan. Spoon sauce on top.
- Bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes, remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a loaf pan lightly with cooking spray.
- Combine beef, egg whites, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Press into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, until no longer pink in the center, about 45 minutes. Spread remaining ketchup over the top and continue baking until ketchup bubbles and thickens, about 15 minutes more.

Are you looking for a super yummy, quick dinner to make? If you haven't tried my skinny meatloaf yet, I think you're going to love it! It's low in calories, very moist, and has a divinely rich sweet ketchup glaze. It's a whole lot skinnier than most meatloaf recipes because I'm using extra lean ground beef, homemade whole wheat bread crumbs, and egg whites. By the way, making your own crumbs is really simple to do. Each serving, has 214 calories, 5 grams of fat. Any leftovers make great sandwiches!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add the ground beef.
- To make bread crumbs: remove the crust, break up the bread, and add to a blender or food processor. Process until the bread turns into crumbs.
- To the beef, add the bread crumbs, onions, egg whites, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, to taste. Using your hands, mix together all the ingredients.
- Place the meat mixture on the baking sheet and free form a loaf by hand. It should be about 12"x4."
- In a small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients. Spread all over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 55 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Cut into 10 slices.
- Makes 5 servings. Each serving, 2 slices.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, mix together milk and bread until a paste is formed.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and mustard.
- Then in the bowl, with the milk and bread paste, add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, and half of the ketchup mustard mixture. Mix all of the ingredients until everything is evenly distributed throughout the meat. Form into four loaves and place onto a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Spread the remaining ketchup and mustard mixture evenly onto the top of the meatloaves.
- In another medium bowl, mix together the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place onto the sheet pan next to the meatloaf.
- In the same medium bowl as the potatoes, mix together broccoli florets and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place on the sheet pan next to the potatoes.
- Cook for 40 minutes or until meatloaves are cooked completely and veggies are roasted.
- Serve immediately or store in glass meal prep containers for dinner throughout the week.

" SKINNY" MEATLOAF
This is a great meatloaf recipe. The mushroom sauce is the best. I have doubled the recipe, split it and and will freeze the two loaves for future meals. I can defrost a meatloaf the night before to save a little time the next day. I got this recipe out of the Cuisine At Home magazine and is always asked for the recipe by friends.

- Preheat oven to 350°F; coat a broiler pan with nonstick spray and line the bottom of the pan with foil for easy clean up.
- Combine the ground meats, crumbs, parsley, onion,egg whites, milk, Worcestershire, salt and pepper in a bowl, using your hands to mix. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, shaping it into a 9x5" loaf.
- Stir ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar together in a bowl, then spoon on top of the meatloaf. Bake until meatloaf reaches 160°F on an instant read thermometer, about 1 hour. Let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
- Mushroom Sherry Sauce:.
- Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 5 minutes. Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate and return pan with drippings to the burner. Add mushrooms, shallots, and saute until mushrooms are browned, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in flour and tomato paste; cook 1 minute.
- Deglaze with sherry and simmer until evaporated. Gradually add brother, scraping up brown bits from the bottom of the pan. bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Finish sauce with reserved bacon, butter, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Serve with meatloaf.
