Skinny Dragon Fruit Margarita Food

DRAGON FRUIT MARGARITA

Steps:

• Add the contents of the dragon fruit packet to a high-power blender along with the lime juice, tequila, agave and triple sec. Blend until the mixture is homogeneous, about 30 seconds, scraping down the sides as needed. Add the ice and blend until the ice is crushed and the mixture is smooth and pourable, about 20 seconds more.

FROZEN DRAGON FRUIT MARGARITA

Steps:

• Combine one 3 1/2-ounce package frozen unsweetened dragon fruit puree, 2 ounces silver tequila, 1 ounce each light agave syrup and fresh lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon grated lime zest and 1 cup ice in a blender; blend until thick and smooth. Serve in a salt-rimmed glass.

SKINNY DRAGON FRUIT MARGARITA

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the tequila, triple sec, all juices and agave nectar.
• Shake for 30 seconds. Fill 2 glasses with ice. Strain the liquid into glass and garnish with a lime round.

SKINNY MARGARITA

Steps:

• If you choose to use salt or sugar:.
• Rub lime wedge around rim of glass.
• Dip edge of glass in salt or sugar.
• Place desired amount of ice in glass.
• Pour all other ingredients over ice.
• Garnish with lime wedge.
