Steps:
- In medium mixing bowl, combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, combine granola cereal, buttermilk, brown sugar, honey and orange juice concentrate. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal is slightly softened.
- Add egg whites and oil; mix well. Stir in flour mixture only until combined. Stir in chopped apple. Spread evenly in 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle top of batter with 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
- Bake at 350° 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.

I created this recipe this morning and wow is it good! I'm munching some right now as I type this. ^-^ All of the measurement's are estimations, as I rarely use measuring cups in the kitchen.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350*.
- Line a 8x10 pan with aluminum foil and lightly oil.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- The oats should be slightly sticky and clumpy. If not, add more honey.
- Evenly spread oat mixture on pan.
- Bake 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- If you like crunchier granola, cook an extra 5 minutes.

EASY PUMPKIN GRANOLA
Delicious fall spin on granola cereal. Perfect for morning breakfast with cold or hot milk, or as an on-the-go snack!

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine wet ingredients; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients, whisk to combine.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir to mix thoroughly. Let sit 30 minutes to give the oats time to soak in the moisture.
- Heat oven to 300.
- Pour granola mixture into two jelly roll pans, lined with parchment paper.
- Bake 30 minutes. Turn off the oven, and let the pans cool in the oven until you can remove them without needing an oven mitt.
- Remove baking sheets from oven. If the granola is still a bit sticky, let it dry on the counter before storing in a sealed plastic container.
SKINNY APPLE GRANOLA
This is a recipe based on Skinny Pumpkin Granola over at skinnytaste.com. The smell alone makes your mouth water! I just guessed with the number of servings. It was gone in less than 2 weeks with only me eating it.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Rinse the quinoa and dry with a paper towel. Place on cookie sheet together with the rolled oats and toast in oven for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, measure out all the dry ingredients into a medium/large bowl.
- Measure out wet ingredients and spices in another bowl and mix well.
- Take your oats & quinoa out of the oven and add them to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Turn oven down to 125°C Toss/stir to mix evenly.
- Add the wet ingredients and stir to evenly coat the mixture.
- Spread out on the cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
