- Beastly Werewolf Fangs by pyxis. Was it smart of me to open an article for orcs with a recommendation for werewolf fangs? Probably not.
- Orc Teeth by arch129sims. Now here are some bottom incisors made specifically for Sims of the orcish persuasion. They’re not as sharply angled or as exaggerated as pyxis’ werewolf fangs, but they work in a pinch!

- Necroberry’s Grounders and Norsemen Warpaint Recolor by Valhallan. If your orc warriors are ready for battle, then smear on the warpaint.
- Mardum by Valhallan. This is a grab bag of face overlays – like scars and small horns and ridges – that you can use to add more texture to your orc!Sim.
- 2Hump Ears + Dobi Ears by goblinsims. This CAS pack from goblinsims contains different ears meant for different fantasy races. Although orcs aren’t on the list, I definitely see a couple that would pass muster.
- Goblin Ears by tekri. Not specifically orc ears, I know. But with a little finagling and adjusting, you’d be surprised how good these can look on a large, orcish frame.
- Horns for TS4 by flapjack. Combine some intimidating horns with your orc!Sim’s tusks to let other Sims know they mean business. The small horns may look a little comical, but they can blend surprisingly well with greyish and dark-grey skintones.
- Horns Pack – Valhallansim Mesh Edit by gerbithats. I’m throwing in this edit of some of Valhallan’s horn meshes because of the Damien horns and the Brune horns specifically.

- Beastly Part 2 – Vampire Fangs by Pyxis. How about a vampire with missing teeth? Or perhaps a vampire with adorable rabbit teeth. This is exactly what you get with the Pyxis cosmetic vampire fang overlays; the option to give your Sims some pretty sweet vampire teeth without removing their slightly crooked dental setup.
