SHRIMPLY DIVINE DIP
This recipe is at least 30 years old and I still get requests to make it! This is one of those recipes where children can help since it is mostly stirring. I have altered the original a tad just to add some extra color appeal. Otherwise, it stands true!

SHRIMP DIANE
This is indescribably good.....a great recipe for a special occasion for 2 people. If you plan on making this for more than two people, do it in separate batches. I serve this over rice and also have french bread to mop up the delicious sauce. Recipe is from Chef Paul Prudhomme's Louisiana Kitchen.

Steps:
- In a large skillet melt 1 stick of the butter over high heat; when almost melted, add the green onions, salt, garlic, the ground peppers, basil, thyme and oregano; stir well.
- Add the shrimp and saute just until they turn pink, about 1 minute, shaking the pan (versus stirring) in a back-and-forth motion.
- Add the mushrooms and 1/4 cup of the stock; then add the remaining 4 tablespoons butter in chunks and continue cooking, continuing to shake the pan.
- Before the butter chunks are completely melted, add the parsley, then the remaining 2 tablespoons stock; continue cooking and shaking the pan until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly and butter sauce is the consistency of cream.
- Serve immediately in a bowl with lots of French bread on the side, or serve over pasta or rice.

SHRIMP DIVINE!
Steps:
- Add package of the Good Seasons, oil, water, and Equal/Splenda or sugar. Shake well.
- Use a large griddle (top of stove) to prepare. Heat pan and add the entire bottle of prepared dressing.
- Chop all the zucchini and squash in nice 1/8"-1/3" pieces and place all on your griddle. Cook for about 20 minutes (medium to high heat - avoid allowing sauce to get too hot or it will scorch and become sticky).
- Once vegetables are nice and soft (but not mushy) add your shrimp. Sprinkle all with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp have browned up just a bit! Remove from heat.
- Cook pasta during the last 10 minutes of preparing shrimp and squash on griddle. Drain pasta and pour onto serving platter. Top with (heated in microwave) spaghetti sauce (you'll just want a nice blush of color - not heavy with sauce). Now top all with your shrimp and vegetables. Top all with grated parmesan cheese. Delicious!!!

DIVINE CRAB AND SHRIMP
An easy and flavorful baked crab and shrimp dish. I love seafood and creamy sauces. I often serve this with a side of pasta, a fresh salad and a good glass of Pinot Grigio. It also makes a nice meal to share with guests.

HOW TO PEEL AND DEVEIN SHRIMP IN 4 STEPS - ALLRECIPES
From allrecipes.com
Estimated Reading Time 3 mins
- Gather Your Tools. For the deveining process, you'll need: a cutting board. a paring knife. a sheet pan covered in ice to keep the shrimp chilled as you work.
- Prep the Shrimp. Remove the shrimp from the refrigerator, and evenly distribute them on the ice tray. If you're using frozen shrimp, place them in a bowl of cold water, cover, and let sit for 30 minutes until thawed.
- Devein the Shrimp. Depending on whether your recipe calls for shrimp with shells on or off, there are two ways to go about deveining. For a shelled recipe, use the kitchen shears to cut along the outer edge of the shrimp's back to allow access to the vein.
- Rinse and Enjoy. Rinse the deveined shrimp under cold water to remove any remaining grit. Transfer the shrimp to a bowl of ice water and refrigerate until you're ready to toss them into one of these delicious shrimp recipes.
