BANANAS ABOUT HOMEMADE YOGURT!
To be totally honest, I didn't think this recipe was going to turn out. I had never added fruit to the ingredients before adding them to my yogurt maker. When I tasted the yogurt, it was really thick, creamy and delicious! And what kid doesn't love bananas? This is a great way to get more fruit into your kid!!

Steps:
- Pour the milk into a pan, and heat over medium heat until small bubbles form around the edge of the pan and milk is just below the boiling point. Do not let the milk boil. Remove from heat and cool. Skim off any skin that forms on the milk.
- Pour the cooled milk into a yogurt maker, and stir in the yogurt, vanilla, and bananas. Cook according to manufacturer's directions, or at least 4 hours . If desired, strain yogurt through a fine sieve or coffee filter to remove the whey, and return to the yogurt maker. Refrigerate the yogurt overnight or another 8 hours to thicken further.

BEST BANANA YOGURT BREAD
This bread is different because I use banana-flavored yogurt and sliced bananas instead of mashed. The consistency is lighter, not dense - definitely different and delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
- Combine 1 cup sugar and butter in a bowl; beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Mix in flour and allspice gradually until batter is blended. Fold in bananas and banana-flavored yogurt.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and cloves together in a small bowl; sprinkle over batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugars. Add the yogurt, bananas, and melted butter, and mix well.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the walnuts until evenly incorporated.
- Generously coat a large loaf pan with nonstick spray. Fill the pan with half of the batter and spread evenly. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle half of the mixture over the batter in an even layer. Top evenly with the remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Use a toothpick to make a few swirls in the batter.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle of the bread comes out clean.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan and slicing.
