- Preheat oven to 425°. Generously grease two rimmed baking sheets with cooking spray. In a large resealable plastic bag, crush pretzels with the back of a wooden spoon or rolling pin, until mixture is coarsely ground. Transfer to a shallow bowl.
- In another shallow bowl, whisk together honey mustard and egg. In a medium bowl, season chicken with salt and pepper and toss to coat evenly with flour.
- Dip each chicken piece in honey mustard mixture, letting excess drip off, then roll in pretzels, pressing in the pretzels with your fingers. Transfer to prepared baking sheets in an even single layer and spray generously with cooking spray.
- Bake, turning halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and pretzels are golden, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Serve chicken with more honey mustard.

- Preheat oven to 425°. Place chicken in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Thinly slice 1 lemon; place over chicken. Cut remaining lemon crosswise in half; squeeze juice into a small bowl. Whisk in oil, honey, mustard, garlic and paprika. Pour half the sauce over chicken; reserve remaining sauce for beans. Pour water into pan. Bake 25 minutes., Meanwhile, combine beans, sweet peppers, remaining sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; toss to coat. Arrange vegetables around chicken in pan. Bake until a thermometer inserted in chicken reads 170°-175° and beans are tender, 15-20 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 18x13-inch rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix sweet potatoes, 1 tablespoon of the oil, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper. Stir to coat. Place on pan. Bake 25 minutes.
- In same bowl, mix broccoli, remaining 1 tablespoon oil and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt. Remove pan from oven; stir or turn potatoes, and arrange broccoli on pan with potatoes. Bake 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, season pork chops with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- In small bowl, mix honey, mustard and vinegar. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the honey glaze.
- Remove pan from oven; add pork chops to pan. Brush pork chops with remaining honey glaze. Roast 18 to 22 minutes or until pork is no longer pink and meat thermometer inserted in center reads at least 145°F, and vegetables are browned and tender.
- Spoon reserved 2 tablespoons honey glaze on pork chops. Serve pork chops with vegetables.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine honey mustard with egg substitute and whisk well. Submerge the chicken and set aside to marinate for at least 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place pretzels in sealable plastic bag, seal, and finely crush through the bag with a meat mallet or other heavy utensil. Add sugar, reseal, and shake to mix. Spread the mixture out on a large plate or in a large dish. Set aside.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Using tongs, transfer chicken strips to the pretzel-sugar mixture and thoroughly coat. Then transfer them to the baking sheet. (Discard excess mustard-egg mixture.) Mist the tops of the strips with nonstick spray.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, flipping chicken halfway through baking, until the chicken is cooked through.

- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Crush the pretzels in a food processor or bash up in a plastic bag using a rolling pin. Transfer pretzel crumbs to a plate. Season the chicken, toss in flour, dip into the egg, then roll in the pretzel crumbs. Place on a baking tray, drizzle over the oil and bake for 35 mins until crisp and tender.
- In a small bowl, mix the mustard, honey and vinegar. Reserve 4 of the chicken thighs for lunch. (You can use them in the Caesar salad with crispy chicken recipe, look at 'Goes well with...') Serve the remaining chicken with the sauce and green veg or salad and potatoes.

- Using a meat tenderizer, pound out the chicken to approximately 1/2″ thick. If using larger chicken breasts, you may want to butterfly the breasts first for smaller cutlets. Set aside.
- Make the honey mustard sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl. Adjust the seasonings to taste. Pour roughly half of the honey mustard sauce into a shallow dish and reserve the rest for serving.
