6 medium Russet baking potatoes
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 packet Shake n Bake Chicken Flavor
1 packet Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Mix
Non-stick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel and wash potatoes. Cut into bite size cubes. In a large bowl toss together potatoes and oil. Pour Shake n Bake and Ranch Mix into the bowl and toss to combine and coat. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Spread potatoes out evenly over cookie sheet. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

6 Tablespoons Butter
4 Medium Russet Potatoes (peeled and chopped in 1/2-1" pieces)
1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2/3 Cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons Dry Ranch Dressing from the Ranch dressing envelope
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the butter on a cookie sheet and place in the oven to melt.
  • Meanwhile, in a large ziploc, add the panko, parmesan, ranch and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Shake and set aside.
  • Once the butter is melted, remove from the oven, add the potatoes and stir to coat.
  • Using a large spoon, scoop the potatoes into the bag with the panko and seal tight.
  • Shake the bag or let the kids shake it.
  • Pour back out onto the pan and bake until tender and golden, about 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve hot!

1/4 cup olive oil
1 oz Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing dry packet mix

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Rinse the potatoes under cold water and pat them dry.
  • Cut each potato into wedges.
  • Place the potatoes in a sealable plastic bag with the olive oil. Seal the bag tightly.
  • Shake the bag to toss the potatoes with the olive oil. Add the dry ranch dressing mix to the bag, seal the bag, and toss the potatoes until evenly coated.
  • Dump the potatoes out on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them for 45 minutes, or until they turn brown and crispy.

Steps:

  • Clean and quarter 4 lg. baking potatoes. Spray baking sheet with spray cooking oil and place potatoes skin side down, spray tops of potatoes. Then sprinkle with your favorite flavor of Shake 'N Bake Coating Mix.
  • Place in oven for 45 min at 375°F, or until done.
  • Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings (sour cream, cheese, scallions, etc.) For faster preparation, potatoes can be pre-baked in the microwave.

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a large baking pan/sheet pan. In a small bowl stir together all seasoning ingredients. In a large bowl toss potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle half of the seasoning mix (reserve second half for later) and parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss to coat. (Alternately you can save parmesan cheese for sprinkling on top just before serving).
  • Arrange potatoes cut-side-down on one half of the prepared baking sheet and transfer to the oven for 10 minutes while you prepare the pork chops.
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. In one medium sized, shallow bowl stir together panko breadcrumbs with reserved seasoning mix and set aside. In a second medium sized, shallow bowl whisk together milk and eggs.
  • Dip pork chops in the milk mixture, turning to coat all sides, then dip in the breadcrumb mixture turning to coat all sides. (For extra-thorough coating you can repeat dipping in milk and breadcrumbs once more) Remove baking pan from oven and arrange pork chops on the empty half of the pan.
