½ cup sesame oil
7 tablespoons honey
6 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ cup corn oil
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste
¾ cup shaved green onions, or more to taste
⅓ cup honey-roasted peanuts, or more to taste
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes; drain.
  • Mix spaghetti, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, corn oil, red pepper flakes, and salt together in a large bowl until spaghetti is evenly coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add cilantro, green onions, peanuts, and sesame seeds; toss to combine.

½ teaspoon soy sauce
2 green onions, chopped
¾ cup fresh bean sprouts

Steps:

  • Break fettucine noodles in half and place them in a large pot of boiling salted water. Cook until al dente, drain and rinse.
  • Heat oil in skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the soy sauce, green onions, bean sprouts, cayenne, pepper, garlic powder and pasta. Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

Steps:

Steps:

1 cup whole snow peas, stems removed
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and julienned
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari or 2 tablespoons soy sauce, to taste
1/2 tablespoon dark sesame oil (roasted)
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons hot pepper oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
3 -5 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Blend sesame oil, vinegar, hot oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour over pasta.
  • Toast sesame seeds by placing in a hot skillet and tossing until lightly toasted. Set aside seeds.
