- Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the green onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, butter and eggs until well blended. Break the bread dough off in walnut-sized pieces, and dip each piece into the egg mixture.
- Place coated dough balls into the prepared pan. Once there is a layer of balls covering the bottom of the pan, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat, sprinkling each layer with cheese until everything is in the pan. Cover loosely, and let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Separate the biscuits, cut them in half and roll each piece into a ball.
- Add the dough balls, cheese, soppressata, olive oil, olives, basil, chile flakes and some salt and pepper to a bowl and fold together until everything is fully combined. Put the mixture in the prepared pan.
- Bake until the top is golden brown and the biscuits are fully cooked and risen, about 30 minutes. Allow the bread to rest for 10 minutes before serving (out of the mold or in the mold works).

QUICK HERB AND CHEESE MONKEY BREAD
Prepared biscuit dough is the base for this pull-apart loaf, which is formed by rolling the dough in olive oil and herbs before piling in a bundt pan, which helps turn the loaf crispy and golden brown. Our tasters called them the Southern version of pizza-shop garlic knots.

- Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Spray a bundt or tube pan lightly with cooking spray.
- Toss the Parmesan, oregano, garlic, rosemary and thyme in a small bowl until well mixed. Roll each biscuit half into a ball. Put 8 of the balls in a medium bowl and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the oil, tossing until well coated. Transfer each ball to the Parmesan mixture to coat, then place in the prepared pan. Working in batches of 8, repeat with the remaining dough balls, overlapping in the pan as necessary.
- Bake until the dough is puffed and browned, about 50 minutes; check halfway through the baking time and tent with foil if the bread is browning too quickly.
- Let the bread cool 10 minutes. Loosen the bread from the sides of the pan with a thin spatula. Invert the pan onto a baking sheet, then flip the bread (decorative-side up) onto a serving plate.

- Grease or spray non stick spray in a 10 inch tube pan (bundt pan) with a removable bottom. Place thawed bread on lightly floured board. Divide each loaf into quarters and cut each into quarters again- making 16 pieces per loaf. Shape into balls and place 16 of them in bottom of prepared pan. Melt butter with garlic and brush half of it over the rolls. In a small bowl, combine parsley, basil, oregano and thyme. Sprinkle heaping tablespoon over rolls. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese and 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds. (Arrange remaining rolls over the first layer of dough balls there will be a space between the dough balls.) Stir remaining herbs into butter an brush over rolls. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds. Cover with damp cloth, place in a warm, draft free place, and let rise 45 minutes or until double in bulk - almost to top of the pan. Place rack in borrow third of oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place bread pan on baking sheet to catch any drippings and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden. Cool on rack for 10 minutes, remove sides of pan and lift bread out. Serve warm.

- Grease a 12-cup size Bundt pan well.
- Mix together cheese, seeds, and basil and sprinkle just 1/3 of the mixture into your pan.
- Place half of the frozen rolls into the pan, drizzle with half of the melted butter,then sprinkle half of the remaining cheese mixture over them.
- Top with the rest of the frozen rolls, butter, and cheese mixture.
- Spray a piece of plastic wrap lightly with nonstick spray (or use a damp, clean towel) and cover pan.
- Let rise in a warm place for 2 hours or until doubled in bulk(this will vary greatly based on the temperature of the room it is rising in, especially in cooler months).
- Remove plastic wrap and bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 20 minutes.
- Tent with foil to prevent excess browning and bake another 10 minutes.
- Loosen bread from sides of pan using a knife an invert onto serving plate while still warm.
- Pluck off individual pieces to eat.

- 1. Place the flour, 240ml of water, honey and yeast in the bowl of an electric mixer with a dough hook attached. Mix on low speed until the mixture comes together into a ball. Turn machine off and cover bowl with a damp towel and allow to sit for 30 minutes.
- 2. After 30 minutes add the salt water and mix for four minutes. Let the dough rest with the machine off for four minutes and then knead again on low speed for another four minutes. Remove the dough from the bowl, shape in a rough ball and place in a bowl wrapped in cling film or a lidded plastic container. Allow to ferment in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
- 3. Remove the dough from the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature for at least 30 minutesbefore dumping it onto a lightly floured bench top.
- 4. Divide the dough into 24 small pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Place one cube of diced mozzarella inside half of the dough balls, pressing the cheese in and wrapping the dough around it so it looks just like the other pieces and is a bit of a surprise when you get one with melted cheese in it.
