- Place beef in a large mixing bowl and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, toss with cornstarch until well coated, and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, drizzle 1 teaspoon oil and cook green beans 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover with a lid to steam, 1 minute more. Transfer green beans to a plate and discard any excess water.
- Return skillet to high heat and add remaining tablespoon oil. When oil is almost smoking, add beef. Stir-fry until beef is almost cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce to medium heat and add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar; stir quickly to coat the beef. Add back green beans, then top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

- Trim fat from steak; rub surface of steak with five-spice powder. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add beef, and stir-fry 4 minutes. Add bell peppers, and stir-fry 2 minutes. Combine broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Add to beef mixture. Add bok choy, and cook 1 minute or until bok choy wilts and mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in toasted sesame seeds and salt. Serve over rice.

Steps:
- Boil water and add rice; cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
- In a 12-inch skillet or wok, add ground beef, and both powders, stirring often.
- Remove beef and drain wok or skillet if needed.
- In same skillet, add all veggies, water chestnuts and marinade.
- Reduce heat to medium; cover.
- Cook veggies 7 to 10 minutes or until crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
- Return beef to skillet, mixing well.
- Cook 2 to 4 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve over rice.

- Whisk the brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, 2 tablespoons water and 2 teaspoons sesame oil in a bowl. Add the steak and toss.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat; add 2 teaspoons sesame oil. Add the scallions, cucumber and cabbage; stir-fry until the vegetables start softening, about 2 minutes. Add the carrots and 1/4 cup water; cook, stirring, until the water evaporates and the vegetables are tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; wipe out the skillet.
- Heat the remaining 2 teaspoons sesame oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and jalapenos; stir-fry 30 seconds. Transfer the steak to the skillet using a slotted spoon; stir-fry until browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the steak marinade back to the skillet and cook, stirring, until thick, about 2 minutes. Return the vegetables to the skillet and heat through. Serve over rice.

- In a bowl mix together, soy,rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, chopped ginger, 2 tsps. sesame oil cornstarch and pepper flakes, set aside.
- To 2 cups boiling water andd two beef ramen noodles, 1 seasoning packet, 4 scallions and 1 teaspoons sesame oil. Cook one minute, remove from heat; let stand covered.
- In a large skillet heat oil, add boneless sirloin and garlic and stir fry until lightly browned. Remove beef, keep warm. Add second Tbls. of oil add asparagus; stir fry until done to your taste.
- Add beef and soy mixture to skillet. Stir fry until thickened. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed and more green onions. Toss with noodles and serve.

- Combine beef and cornstarch in a large bowl; using your hands, rub to coat well.
- Heat 2 tablespoons peanut oil in a large skillet over high heat; working in batches, add beef in a single layer and cook, undisturbed, until meat begins to blacken on the bottom, about 1 1/2 minutes; turn over and cook until second side browns, about 1 minute; transfer beef to a large plate.
