A friend sent me this recipe! A creamy base is layered with cocktail sauce, veggies, seafood and cheese. It's a total crowd pleaser and will be a hit at any gathering.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 cup cocktail sauce
½ cup chopped green bell pepper
3 green onions, chopped
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1 cup cooked crabmeat
1 cup cooked baby shrimp
1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • In the bottom of an approximately 12 inch round serving dish, spread the cream cheese mixture. Pour cocktail sauce evenly over the mixture. Layer with green bell pepper, green onions and tomato. Top with crabmeat and shrimp. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.

1 cup (6 ounces) flaked imitation crabmeat
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix the first 10 ingredients until smooth. Spread in a 9-in. pie plate. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. , Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more. Serve with crackers, celery sticks or other raw vegetables.

Shrimp Surprise Spread - The Best Shrimp Dip Ever! This dip or spread is perfect for entertaining - especially on Game Day!

1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 4 ounce cans small shrimp, drained well
1 250ml jar seafood cocktail sauce
1 green bell pepper (diced)
4 green onions (diced)
1 large tomato (diced)
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (mixed)
Two boxes of plain Ritz Crackers

Steps:

  • Beat together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo until smooth and creamy. Spread out on a large plate with an edge or in a 9x13 pan.
  • Spread the seafood sauce over the cream cheese mixture gently.
  • Sprinkle the shrimp over top of the sauce in an even layer.
  • Layer the remaining ingredients however you like. I usually go green peppers, tomatoes, a little cheese, green onions and then the rest of the cheese.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
  • Serve with Ritz crackers for the BEST taste, but this also works with tortilla chips!

1 medoim diced onion
1 medium diced green bell pepper
2 tablespoons butter
6 oz fresh or canned, drained shrimp
1/2 teaspoons white pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 °F. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, onion and celery, and sauté for 2 minutes. In a bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, Parmesan, crabmeat, shrimp and pepper. Stir the sautéed vegetables into the seafood mixture and spoon this mixture into a lightly greased 8 x 11-inch casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with toast points or crackers

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard until smooth. Stir in the shrimp, crab, 1/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese and onions. , Cut the top fourth off the loaf of bread; carefully hollow out bottom, leaving a 1/2-in. shell. Cube removed bread; set aside. , Spoon seafood mixture into bread shell. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Wrap tightly in heavy-duty foil and place on a baking sheet. , Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in mayo, sour cream, garlic, green onion, Old Bay seasoning, salt, Worcestershire, and lemon juice.
  • Add ¾ cup cheddar cheese and hot sauce and mix until smooth. Stir in crab meat.
  • Spread into a 9″ pie dish or similar size baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve warm, with slices of sourdough bread, crackers, tortilla chips or chopped cold veggies.

8 ounces light cream cheese (softened (a 250 gram package))
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 lemon (zest and juice)
1/2 cup seafood sauce (cocktail sauce)
1/2 pound crab flavoured alaskan polluck (imitation crab) (chopped )
1 rib celery (chopped small)
3 stalks green onion (chopped )
1/4 teaspoon dried dill (dill weed)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Chopped fresh dill (garnish to taste (optional))

Steps:

  • Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, and juice from half a lemon (about 1.5 tablespoons of juice) to a food processor. Process until combined and smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stop to scrape sides of processor with a spatula, as necessary.Note: Before juicing, zest your lemon (it's easier to zest that way).
  • Spread mixture evenly over a round serving platter or plate, about 12 inches in diameter.
  • Next, spread seafood sauce evenly over cream cheese mixture.
  • Top with imitation crab, then celery, green onion, dill and black pepper.

½ pound cooked salad shrimp or shrimp meat (divided (can sub small can shrimp))

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients.
