I got this in my email from google gmail. Haven't tried it yet, but seems like a good way to use Spam!

10 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 (12 ounce) can Spam, cubed
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 (8 ounce) packages crescent roll dough

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375'F.
  • In skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except crescent roll dough. Separate each package of crescent dough into 8 triangles.
  • Spread top half of each triangle with SPAM mixture; roll up. Place on baking sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (12 ounce) can fully cooked luncheon meat with bacon (such as SPAM® with Bacon), sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Mix dark brown sugar and pepper together in a shallow bowl.
  • Coat both sides of luncheon meat slices with brown sugar mixture; arrange in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven, turning halfway, until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

1 (16 ounce) can salmon or 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
4 eggs, hard-cooked, coarsely chopped
2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • In medium bowl, combine salmon, croutons, onion, 2 tablespoons parsley, dill weed, garlic salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream and eggs; toss lightly.
  • Separate dough into 8 rectangles; firmly press on perforations to seal.
  • Spoon about 1/2 cup salmon mixture onto center of each rectangle.
  • Pull 4 corners of dough to center of salmon mixture; twist firmly.
  • Pinch edges to seal.
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Brush each with margarine; sprinkle with parsley.
  • Bake at 350 for 18 to 28 minutes or until golden brown.
