- In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Add potatoes and onion; toss gently to coat. Spoon onto a double thickness of greased heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Dot with butter. Fold foil around potato mixture and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat until potatoes are tender, turning once, 30-35 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Mix cream cheese spread, milk and garlic powder until blended. Cook onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add cream cheese mixture, broth, 1 cup cheddar and parsley; mix well. Remove from heat. Gently stir in potatoes.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 45 min. Top with remaining cheddar; bake 10 to 15 min. or until potatoes are tender.

- Thinly slice 6 Yukon potatoes (we used a mandoline for an even consistent cut).
- In a saucepan, melt butter on medium heat. Add in flour and whisk until smooth. Add bay leaf and begin to add the Almond Breeze while constantly stirring with a whisk. Add garlic, nutmeg, and thyme. Mix in Parmesan cheese and vegetable stock and bring the mixture to a simmer to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaf and remove almond milk mixture from heat.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease your casserole dish with a nonstick spray.
- Lay half of the sliced potatoes on the bottom of the casserole dish. Pour half of the Almond Breeze mixture over the the potatoes. Repeat the process until you have a second layer. Spread the Cheddar on top and place casserole dish into the oven. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and fully cooked.

- Place potatoes in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Combine rosemary and next 4 ingredients; add to bag. Seal bag securely, and shake until potatoes are coated evenly. Spread potatoes in a single layer in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan.
- Combine oil and Worcestershire sauce; drizzle over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
SAVORY ROASTED POTATOES
This has been one of my favorites for a very long time. If you want something more than mashed or just a baked potato, then this is it.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, set aside.
- Lightly spray baking dish with spray cooking oil.
- Place melted butter in baking dish.
- Add potatoes, stir until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic, seasoned salt, pepper and parsley over top of potatoes.
- Cover and bake 35 - 45 minutes or until potatoes are crusty and browned.
SAVORY POTATOES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease casserole with 2 tablespoons of butter. Place layer of potatoes in bottom of casserole. Add half the anchovies, onions, flour and 2 tablespoons butter with salt and pepper to taste. Add second layer of potatoes and remaining anchovies, onions, flour and butter, with salt and pepper to taste. Top with final layer of potatoes.
- Pour on cream to which has been added anchovy liquid, about 1 teaspoon or less. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
- Uncover and continue to bake until brown on top, about 20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Scrub potatoes; pierce several times with a fork. Place on a greased baking sheet; bake until tender, 1-1-1/4 hours. Cool slightly., Cut each potato lengthwise in half. SAVORY BAKED POTATOES
This is sort of a gourmet version of the baked potato but it's quite an easy process. You end up with a potato skin so delectable that you feel compelled to eat it (which is where lots of the vitamins are.) I like to use baking-sized Russets for this recipe but you can use whatever you have. If you're baking smaller potatoes, just cut back on the time a bit. It's important that all the potatoes be about the same size to insure uniform doneness. Also, I use extra virgin olive oil because it comes from the first pressing and it's pure, not extracted by the use of chemicals as in the case of cheaper olive oils.

- Preheat the oven to 400-degrees F.
- Scrub and dry the potatoes.
- Use a fork to poke each potato a half dozen places about 1/2" deep -- this will prevent them from blowing up in the oven which can happen sometimes!
- Rub each potato all over with olive oil and lay them out on a baking pan. Then sprinkle the kosher salt over them and rub it all over each potato. Not all of it will cling to the potato but that's okay.
- Bake the potatoes on the baking pan on the lower-middle oven rack for one hour and then check one for tenderness by inserting a sharp knife into the center. It should insert very easily and smooth. If you hit a solid center, give them 10 more minutes and check them again.
- After the potatoes come out of the oven, you can brush off as much of the salt as you wish (I leave it on and that way I don't have to salt my potato.).
- Top the potatoes with any or all of the following condiments unless you prefer it vegetarian-style: crisp and crumbled bacon, butter, sour cream and chives, sharp cheddar cheese. (Vegetarians may want to sprinkle on a little Mrs. Dash garlic blend seasoning.).

- Sauté onions in butter until soft.
- In a shallow baking dish layer sliced potatoes and onions, and sprinkle with garlic and seasonings between each layer.
- Bake at 350° oven for 40 minutes.
- Add whipping cream, sprinkle paprika over top.
- Raise heat to 400° and bake 15-20 minutes longer, or until potatoes are soft.
- *For a tasty variation try adding 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 cup ham and 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese-- enjoy.
