Steps:
- After removing the skin, sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, and paprika, then place in the crock pot.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken pieces.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or egg noodles.

SAVORY CROCK POT MUSHROOM CHICKEN
This is a variation of Angel Chicken, but with my own preferences and the addition of mushrooms. Creamy, rich and filling, this recipe is perfect for a cold winter day. One of my favorite things to cook for our guests - everyone loves it!

Steps:
- 1. Cut chicken and place in crock pot.
- 2. Slice mushrooms and place in crockpot over chicken.
- 3. Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
- 4. Stir in Italian seasoning mix, can of soup, cream cheese and wine. Whisk until completely smooth.
- 5. Pour mixture over the chicken and mushrooms. Stir to make sure chicken and mushrooms are completely covered in sauce.
- 6. Cook on low in crock pot for 4-5 hours.
- 7. Pour over prepared rice. Serve with a side salad and French bread, if desired.

A lightened-up version of one of my favorite recipes! It's delicious served over brown rice or egg noodles.

- Place frozen chicken in slow cooker.
- Top with soup mix, 2 cans of soup and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Add mushrooms and continue cooking on high for 30 minutes.

CREAMY GOODNESS! Easy to prepare and cooks while you work or shop! My DH loves this dish and particularly the sour cream flavor which is added just prior to serving. MAKES A GOOD GRAVY for potatoes or rice.

Steps:
- Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Mix soup, teaspoon of mix and milk in a small bowl. Pour over chicken. Add potatoes if desired.
- Cook on high for 1 hour. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours until chicken is tender. During last 15 minutes of cooking time, stir in sour cream.
- Note: Soup and dressing mix provides some salt to recipe. But if using potatoes, add salt and pepper to taste.

- Place condensed soup, water, and gravy packets in a slow cooker. Whisk together until completely combined. Add garlic.
- Optional step: brown chicken in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side, just to add color and flavor before placing it in the slow cooker. This is not necessary if you don’t have the time, though!
- Add chicken to the slow cooker and top with mushrooms. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours. Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper, if necessary.
