1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1/2 cup mini turkey pepperoni
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti, cooked and kept warm
1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
1 (16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, oregano, drained
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, combine sausage, onion, pepperoni, and garlic.
  • Cook over med-high heat until sausage is browned and crumbly and onion is tender; drain.
  • In a large bowl, toss together sausage mixture, cooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
  • Pour into prepared baking dish.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and browned.

1 (16 ounce) jar pasta sauce
2 (12 ounce) containers cottage cheese
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives

2 (3 ounce) packages sliced pepperoni

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium casserole dish.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until evenly brown.
  • In the prepared casserole dish, mix the cooked pasta, sausage, and pasta sauce. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, olives, and mozzarella cheese. Spoon the cheese mixture over the sausage and pasta mixture. Top with pepperoni slices.

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Italian Sausage
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup diced onion
1 Cup Sliced Pepperoni
1 14.5 oz. Can Diced Petite Tomatoes
2 8 oz. cans Tomato Sauce
1 6oz. can Tomato Paste
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed rosemary, dried oregano, Italian Seasoning, Coarse Black pepper, Garlic Salt.
1 Tablespoon White Sugar
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
16 oz. package Angel Hair Pasta
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Large Eggs, lightly beaten
5 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
4 Cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
2 Cups Blended Grated Cheddar and Jack Cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat Oven to 350°
  • In a large skillet brown ground beef and Italian Sausage with garlic and diced onion.
  • Add Diced Petite Tomatoes, 2 cans tomato sauce, 1 can tomato paste, water, seasonings, Parsley, and sugar.
  • Mix well. Turn heat to low. Cover and Simmer for minimum of 30 minutes up to 2 hours. If sauce becomes too thick add another 1/2 cup of water.
  • Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add a pinch of salt and 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil.
  • Once water is boiling add 16 oz. of Angel Hair Pasta and Cook until "al dente".
  • Drain cooked pasta. Place Pasta in a large bowl. Add Melted butter and 1/3 cup of Grated Parmesan. Mix well.
  • Add two large eggs into the pasta. Mix well.
  • Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • You will need to mentally divide sauce, pasta, and cheeses into thirds to create all three layers of this dish.
  • Place a layer of meat sauce in the bottom of the baking dish. Add a layer of pasta. Sprinkle with 1 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese and a sprinkle of combined cheddar cheese and jack.
  • Top with a layer of 1 cup of sliced Pepperoni.
  • Add another layer of Pasta Mixture and Cheeses, starting with Mozzarella and ending with Cheddar.
  • Top, by the Tablespoonful, with Ricotta Cheese.
  • Add another layer of Pasta mixture. Gently push down into baking dish to create room for the final layer of sauce and cheese.
  • Top with remaining sauce and the last of the cheese.
  • Place pan in Preheated 350° oven and bake for 45-60 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
  • Cut into 12 squares. Serve immediately.

1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 pound bulk Italian sausage
½ cup diced onion
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 cup sliced button mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
½ cup sliced black olives
½ cup sliced green olives
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with foil.
  • Drizzle the squash flesh with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place both halves, cut-sides down, on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until tender when pierced with a fork, 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage, onion, and garlic in the hot skillet until sausage is browned and crumbly, 7 to 10 minutes. Add bell pepper and mushrooms and saute for 3 minutes. Drain and discard any grease and excess liquid.

1 15-ounce package refrigerated ready pie crusts
1 teaspoon all purpose flour
1 8-ounce package sliced mozzarella
2 cups purchased spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 ounces)
3 ounces thinly sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Fry sausage in heavy medium skillet over medium heat until cooked through, turning occasionally, Drain. Dice sausage.
  • Dust 1 side of 1 crust with 1 teaspoon flour. Gently transfer crust to 9-inch-diameter pie pan, floured side down. Press into pan. Arrange half of mozzarella over bottom of crust. Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over mozzarella. Sprinkle half of Jack cheese atop sauce. Drizzle 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over cheese. Top with half of pepperoni and half of sausage.
