SIMPLE SPAGHETTI
Learned how to make it from my mother in law, it was a family favorite and still is. Its quick and easy more flavorful than jarred sauce.

Steps:
- On medium heat melt the butter and sautee the onion and bell peppers.
- Add the hamburger meat and cook until meat is well done.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder can be adjusted to your own tastes.
- Cook noodles as directed.
- Mix the sauce and noodles if you like, I keep them separated.
EASY CHEESY SPAGHETTI

- Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain spaghetti; return to pan. Add half the Singles pieces and pasta sauce; mix lightly. Cook on medium heat 3 min. or until Singles are melted and spaghetti mixture is heated through, stirring frequently.
- Top with remaining Singles, parsley and Parmesan.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the onion, beans, and corn. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper, and sprinkle with hot sauce. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Toss with cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to serve.

- Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package; cover to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onion and bell pepper in oil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Remove from skillet. Add beef to same skillet. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
- Add onion and bell pepper to beef; mix well. Stir in sugar, taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn and mushrooms. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese.

SPAGHETTI CUPS
A friend of mine sent me this really fun recipe for a unique way to serve spaghetti. It had the grandkids asking for "more"! Hope you enjoy.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out pie dough rounds to an even thinness.
- Using a 3 inch wide bowl or cup, press 12 round circles of dough. You may need to roll out remaining dough to make more circles.
- Lightly brush each side of the dough rounds with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
- Press gently into the bottom and sides of 12 muffin tins, that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from oven and let cool on cooling rack.
- Place 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil into a large skillet over medium heat to saute. When hot, sauté onion and bell pepper until slightly softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in beef, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Cook until browned and crumbled.
- Stir in pasta sauce and reduce heat to low to simmer.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- To assemble, using tongs, place a small amount of noodles into the bottom of the crusts.
- Top with a heaping spoonful of pasta sauce.
- Top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and basil leaves, if desired.
- Makes 12 spaghetti cups, you'll have more spaghetti left over.
