Sand Bucket Dessert Food

SAND CAKE

Steps:

• Pulse vanilla wafer cookies in a food processor in batches until finely ground.
• Combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Increase speed to medium and beat until smooth. Add milk and vanilla pudding mix; beat on low speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping with a spatula.
• Layer wafer cookie crumbs and pudding mixture in a large bowl.

SAND PUDDING RECIPE

Steps:

• Add Vanilla Wafers and 2 Oreos to your food processor and crush until they resemble sand.
• In a smaller bowl, cream together softened 8 ounce cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar.
• In another larger bowl, mix pudding with milk.
• Add pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
• Fold in all of the Cool Whip.
• Layer into bucket in this order: sand, pudding, sand, pudding, etc.
• Notes:.
• Allow to chill in fridge at least 1 hour before serving.

EASY DIRT AND SAND DESSERT CUPS

Steps:

• Crush cookies in zipper-style plastic bag with rolling pin. Or, place in food processor container; cover and process until finely crushed.
• Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in COOL WHIP and 1/2 of the crushed cookies.
• Place about 1 Tbsp. of the remaining crushed cookies in each of 10 (6 to 7-oz.) paper or plastic cups. Spoon in pudding mixture; top with remaining crushed cookies.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with fruit snacks just before serving. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

SAND BUCKET BEACH BEAR CUPS

Steps:

• Blend graham crackers in food processor.
• Mix vanilla pudding and 4 drops sky blue food coloring together in a bowl. Layer pudding into solo cups.
• Top with graham cracker sand. Place in umbrellas and teddy bears. Put in fridge until ready to serve.

BEACH SAND PUDDING DESSERT

Steps:

• Place vanilla wafers into a blender or food processor and blend until coarse crumbs, set aside.
• In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mixes and milk with an electric mixer for 2 minutes until thickened.
• In a smaller bowl, beat together (no need to clean off beaters) cream cheese and powdered sugar.
• Add in half of the container of Cool Whip, beat until combined. Add cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture and beat until smooth.
• To assemble desserts, layer 2 tablespoons crushed vanilla wafers and 1/3 cup pudding mixture into each mini beach pail (or layer into a medium-sized beach sand bucket), repeating layers until almost to the top.
• Divide remaining Cool Whip among beach pails, spreading out to edges of pail. Top with another 1-2 tablespoons of crushed vanilla wafers.
• Decorate each with a Swedish Fish candy and an umbrella toothpick. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

SAND CUPS

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Beat with a whisk until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes.
• Add whipped topping and half of the crushed cookies and fold in.
• Place 1 Tablespoon crushed cookies into each cup. Fill cups 3/4 full with pudding mixture. Top with remaining crushed cookies. Refrigerate 1 hour. Decorate before serving.
• Suggested Decorations: small paper umbrellas, gummy worms, gummy sharks, candy stars, chopped peanuts.

GOLDEN OREO SAND PUDDING

Steps:

• Scrape out the center cream in the Oreos.
• In a food processor, combine the golden Oreos and the regular Oreos & crush until sand-like.
• In a separate bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.
• In another bowl, mix together the pudding mixes & milk. Add to cream cheese mixture.
• Fold in Cool Whip.
• Layer into buckets - sand, pudding, sand, pudding, etc. making sure you end with sand.
• Scoop out with the shovels & enjoy!

SAND PUDDING CUPS

Steps:

• Place cookies and graham crackers in blender and blend into crumbs. (Alternate: you can use the old-fashioned ziploc bag and rolling pin, but the blender is much faster!)
• Mix both boxes of vanilla instant pudding according to package directions. Blend in cream cheese then fold in Cool Whip (Alternate: you can make your own whipped cream too).
• Layer a small amount of cookie crumbs and a few spoonfuls of pudding (beginning and ending with cookie crumbs). Hint: I gently tapped each cups down on the counter after each layer to flatten.
• Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
• "Decorate" your sand pudding with mini umbrellas, teddy grahams, and a gumdrop beach ball before serving.

SAND PUDDING RECIPE - (4.1/5)

Steps:

• In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mixes and milk until it thickens, 1to 2 minutes. Refrigerate. In another bowl and using a mixer, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add to the pudding mixture and blend on low speed of mixer just until incorporated. Using a spatula, gently fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Grind vanilla wafers and Oreos together in a food processor using the steel blade to a fine crumb that resembles sand. ASSEMBLY: Layer the "sand" and pudding in the bucket several times, starting and ending with "sand". Now dig in with the shovel! Keep refrigerated.

SAND BUCKET DESSERT

Steps:

• 1. Run cookies thru food processor or blender and get them really fine. Remember you want them to look like sand. I found doing 6-8 at a time worked well.
• 2. In a small bowl cream together butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
• 3. In a large bowl mix pudding, both milks and whipped cream. When blended well slowly add cream cheese mixture.
• 4. Start layering in the sand bucket cookie layer first then pudding mixture. Repeat layers ending with the cookies on top.
• 5. Cover with foil and refrigerate at least 3-4 hours. When ready to serve garnish with gummy fish and serve with the shovel.

SAND DESSERT AKA VANILLA "DIRT DESSERT"

Steps:

• Crumble cookies in food processor. Set aside.
• In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar.
• Mix in pudding.
• Slowly add milk.
• Mix until combined.
• Fold in Cool Whip.
• Using a clean sand bucket or casserole dish, alternate layers of cookie crumbs with the pudding mixture.
• Chill for at least 2 hours.
• IMHO it tastes better if you make it a day ahead.
