2 cups sugar
2 cups water

Steps:

Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Will keep in the refrigerator for 1 month.

1 sterilised glass bottle or jar

Steps:

Dissolve 300g caster sugar in 150ml water over a low heat.
Leave to cool and bottle for future use in cocktails. Store in the fridge.
