SAMOA MAGIC BARS
Steps:
- Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang; coat with cooking spray. Mix 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1 1/2 sticks melted butter in a medium bowl; press into the pan. Drizzle evenly with one 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk. Layer with 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut, one 7-ounce box roughly chopped Samoas and 1 cup chopped pecans. Gently press into the milk. Bake at 350˚ until golden and bubbling, about 25 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut into pieces.

Steps:
- Chop/blend all the ingredients, using a food processor, Magic Bullet, etc.
- Roll into cutey-pie little balls. (Use plastic wrap if you need to.).
- I rolled these into balls, but if you want true brownies, simply shape the dough into bars instead.
- **Update*** Version 2:.
- Hot Cocoa Fudge Babies!
- 30 grams cashews, 80 grams dates, 5 grams (1T) dark cocoa powder. Blend. Even fudgier than the original! :).
- (Add mint and cacao nibs and you're getting into Wild Bar territory. And if you leave out the cocoa, you have a homemade Cashew Cookie Larabar!).
- * Add shaved coconut, mini chips, nuts, or raisins to the mix.
- * Moisten truffles, then roll in cocoa powder, sugar, coconut, crushed nuts, etc.
- * Add oils or extracts, such as mint or coconut.
- * Sprinkle in some ground coffee for a java jolt.
- * Extreme Chocoholic Version: Melt some chocolate and add it to the mix when you add the vanilla and cocoa.

- Line a 9-inch x 13-inch straight sided pan with a piece of parchment paper so that the paper hangs over the long edges. Set aside.
- Fit a food processor with a metal blade. Add the almonds to the processor and pulse until they are uniformly finely chopped (think fresh bread crumb texture.) Add the chocolate chips and pulse again until the chocolate chips are also finely chopped.
- Add half of the dates to the food processor and process until a paste forms and clumps together in the workbowl. Open the food processor and add in 1 tablespoon of the nut butter and half of the chocolatey ground nuts. Replace the lid and process until evenly combined. Scrape into the prepared pan.
