Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Lightly grease your pizza pan.
- Whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter and both sugars together on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add the egg and beat on high until combined, about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. Add the vanilla extract, then mix on high until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low until combined. With the mixer running on low speed, add the chocolate chips. Dough will be thick and soft.
- Transfer the cookie dough to the pizza pan and flatten out with your fingers or a rubber spatula until the edges reach the sides (or just about to the sides).
- Bake for 22-25 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned on top. If you want the cookie pizza a little crispier on the edges, bake for a couple extra minutes. Allow the cookie pizza to cool on the pan set on a wire rack before slicing. Cover leftovers and store at room temperature for 2-3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9-inch cake pan.
- Place whole bar of dough in prepared pan. Allow to soften for 5 to 10 minutes. Using fingertips, pat dough gently to fill bottom of cake pan.
- Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately sprinkle 1/3 cup semi-sweet morsels over hot crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls onto morsels. Let stand for 5 minutes or until morsels become shiny. Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter evenly over cookie crust.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup morsels in single layer over pizza. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serve warm or at room temperature.
MR. FOOD CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE PIZZA
I finally found this recipe after looking for it for years! I used to make this for my boys on their birthdays but switched to cinnamon rolls after I misplaced the recipe. I top it with re-whipped store bought frosting and mini m&m's. Printed in the winter 1998 issue of Mr. Food's Easycooking and posted here so I won't lose it again!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, beat together brown & white sugars, butter, egg and vanilla until creamy.
- Add flour and baking soda, mixing well. The dough will be stiff.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread evenly on a 12 inch pizza pan.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. (I made this yesterday and mine took 20 minutes in a deep dish pan). It looked a bit undercooked, but after cooling, it made a nice chewy cookie.
- Cool completely.
- Spread frosting over top of cookie, leaving a 1/4 inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle with optional ingredients if desired.
- Cut into 16 wedges.
OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP PIZZA COOKIE
From the moment in 1930 that restaurateur Ruth Wakefield invented the chocolate chip cookie - that's her iconic recipe on the back of the Nestle Toll House package - bakers have played with the proportions and fiddled with the formula. Including us - our 1957 riff on Wakefield's recipe calls for cornflakes, and the cookie here replaces a cup of the flour with oats to make the edge crisp yet keep the center chewy. Supersizing the cookie to pizza proportions is faster - and more fun - than dropping the dough by the spoonful. From Good Housekeeping.

While entering a couple of recipes online, two recipes collided and I came up with this. How I went from Almond Brittle and Strawberry Pizza and got this....the family loved it! It's a keeper. I had to share!
