GROUND BEEF NACHOS SUPREME
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Add ground beef to a large pan over medium high heat and begin to cook till no longer pink about 5-6 minutes, breaking it up into small bits. Once cooked through, drain any excess fat and add the spices, stirring over medium heat till well-combined. Add 1/3 cup of water and bring to a simmer, until almost all the water has cooked off. Mix corn with the beef to defrost, or cook separately in the same pan once the beef is removed.
- Cover a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Place the tortilla chips on top, then sprinkle with shredded American cheese. Layer the ground beef, beans, and corn. Bake for about 7-8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Add the fresh toppings - cilantro, peppers, green onions, radish, and any sauces and serve immediately!

DELICIOUS NACHOS SUPREME
Perfect party food! --- this is one of my all time favorite nacho recipes that I have made many times in the past, and I guarantee you will love this! --- all amounts may be adjusted to taste and double the recipe if desired but keep the garlic no more than 2 tablespoons, if you really want to go all out add in a can of drained black beans to the ground beef mixture! 1/2 pound Italian sausages with casings removed can be mixed with the ground beef if desired, to turn up the heat use a package of taco seasoning mix or spicy salsa and add in cayenne or dried chili flakes --- for the best flavor make certain to brown the meat well :)

Steps:
- In a large skillet cook the ground beef with onions, garlic, jalapeno peppers, green bell pepper and chili powder; cook stirring until meat is no longer pink; drain all fat well, continue to cook until the meat is well browned (the beef must be well browned!).
- Add in refried beans, salsa; cook stirring until heated through.
- Add in 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese; stir until melted.
- Place the tortilla chips on a large serving platter.
- Top with ground beef mixture, then sprinkle the top of the HOT ground beef mixture with about 1-1/2 cups (or to taste) grated cheddar cheese.
- Top with sour cream, green onions, chopped tomatoes and sliced black olives.
- Serve hot or warm.
- Delicious!

Steps:
- Sauté the beef, onions and garlic till the meat is browned and cooked through, drain off the fat. Transfer the meat mixture to a mixing bowl and let it cool. Once the meat is cool enough to handle crumble it into tiny pieces with your fingers. Mix in the salsa, refried beans, and the optional chilies in a bowl till all is thoroughly combined. Return everything to the skillet and heat till bubbly and warm throughout, lower heat and slowly simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the chips in glass casserole dish, evenly top with the beef/bean mixture. Evenly spread the cheese over all and microwave on high till the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes in a 1000W oven.
- Top the nachos with tomatoes, green onions, olives, peppers. Scoop the sour cream and guacamole into the corners.
