- Form the ground beef into 6 patties. Cook slightly in a skillet until brown on both sides. Or you can use a Ninja slow cooker and brown in it.
- Place the patties in your slow cooker.
- Add the butter, onions, garlic, mushrooms, Worcestershire, and beef broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- When finished whisk together the flour and the water.
- Slowly stir in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
- Serve over cooked noodles

- Mix ground beef, chopped onion, celery, milk, chopped mushrooms, and panko together in a large bowl; shape into 10 patties.
- Mix all-purpose and whole wheat flours together in a wide, shallow bowl. Dredge patties in the flour mixture just to coat and move to a platter, taking care to not stack the patties.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties in hot oil until browned, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Arrange browned patties in a slow cooker crock.
- Heat remaining oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir sliced mushrooms and sliced onion in hot oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir cooked mushroom and onion mixture with cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion gravy mix, and black pepper together in a bowl until smooth; pour over the beef patties in the slow cooker.
- Cook on High until patties are very firm, hot, and grey in the center, 3 to 3 1/2 hours (or on Low for 4 to 5 hours). An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- In a medium bowl, combine the lean ground beef with plain bread crumbs, dry onion soup mix, large egg, and milk. Divide into eight portions and form your patties. Place patties on a baking dish or plate and season with salt and pepper, then dust with flour.
- Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat, and melt butter. Add patties to the heated skillet or frying pan (seasoned side down) and season the upward facing side of your patties, then dust with flour. Brown both sides of the patties and remove from heat.
- In your slow cooker, combine the can of condensed cream of chicken soup, worcestershire sauce, au jus gravy mix, and beef broth, Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together until smooth.

- In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly then shape into 6 patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the patties in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Place the mushrooms and onion in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add the patties on top.
- Pour the gravy and beef broth into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
- Remove the patties from the slow cooker and place on a plate. Cover to keep warm.

- Place mushrooms & onions in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Combine beef patty ingredients and form 6 patties. Brown over medium high heat (about 3 minutes per side).
- Layer beef patties over mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients except water and cornstarch. Pour over beef and cook on low 5 hours.
- Once cooked, remove patties and set aside.
- Turn slow cooker onto high. Combine cold water and cornstarch. Stir into the broth and let cook a few minutes until thickened. Add beef back into the sauce to coat.
