1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (16.3 ounce) can Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine vegetables, chicken and soup; mix well.
  • Press each biscuit into 5 1/2-inch round. Place 1 round in each of 8 greased regular-size muffin cups. Firmly press in bottom and up side, forming 3/4-inch rim. Spoon a generous 1/3 cup chicken mixture into each. Pull edges of dough over filling toward center; pleat and pinch dough gently to hold in place.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F 20 to 22 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from pan.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F In medium bowl, combine vegetables, chicken and soup; mix well.
  • Press each biscuit into 5 1/2-inch round. Place 1 round in each of 8 greased regular-size muffin cups. Firmly press in bottom and up side, forming 3/4-inch rim. Spoon a generous 1/3 cup chicken mixture into each. Pull edges of dough over filling toward center; pleat and pinch dough gently to hold in place.
  • Bake at 375°F 20 to 22 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from pan.
  • Substitution/Expert Tips: Substitute 2 cups of any frozen (thawed) vegetables you have on hand, such as broccoli, corn, peas or green beans, for the mixed vegetables.
  • If your family loves cheese, sprinkle some shredded Cheddar cheese over each puff about 5 minutes before the end of the baking time.

3/4 cup chopped leftover chicken (or 1 small fresh chicken breast, fully cooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mixed frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, corn and green beans, defrosted)
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375F.
  • Combine the chicken, mixed vegetables and cream of chicken soup in a medium bowl and stir well.
  • Separate each of the biscuits and place them into the compartments of a greased muffin tin.
  • Using your fingers, push down on the dough starting in the middle, then working the dough up the sides of each of the muffin compartments, as high as it will go.
  • Add the filling to each of the compartments (approximately 2 Tablespoons each).
  • Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
DOUGH:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 to 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, optional
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shortening
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon cider vinegar

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili sauce and soup mix; set aside. , In a large bowl, combine the flour, sesame seeds if desired, and salt. Cut in shortening and cheese until crumbly. Combine milk and vinegar; gradually add to flour mixture, tossing with a fork until dough forms a ball. , Divide dough in half; roll out to 1/8-in. thickness. Cut with a lightly floured 2-1/2-in. round cutter. Place half of the circles 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets; top each with a rounded tablespoonful of beef mixture. Top with remaining circles. Moisten edges with water and press with a fork to seal. Cut a slit in the top of each. , Bake at 425° until golden brown, 12-16 minutes. Serve immediately., Freeze option: Freeze cooled pies in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Bake, from frozen, on an ungreased baking sheet at 425° until heated through, 14-16 minutes.

1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables (defrosted completely)
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken gives this excellent flavor)
one 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk or chicken broth
1 cup homemade Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning (EXCELLENT flavor boost )
pinch black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Get out a 9 inch pie plate and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the vegetables, chopped chicken, canned soup and milk/broth until combined. Spoon into the pie plate.
  • In a small bowl, combine the crust ingredients together until completely mixed. Pour on top of the vegetable filling in the pie plate.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
