SAKE MARTINI
Many, many years ago my boss & her husband threw a dinner party and served sake martinis. I can remember the aroma of the cucumber slice, perched on the side of the glass, made all the difference. I have always wanted to find a recipe and think I have. Compliments of Epicurious.com. Posting for safe keeping.

Steps:
- In a martini glass combine the sake and the vodka and garnish with the cucumber ball.
- Alternately, In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients (sans cucumber) , with ice cubes, shake 100 times! Pour into martini glass, garnish with cucumber ball or slice.
- Serve.

Steps:
- Combine the gin, sake, lime juice, cucumber, grapes, mint, agave nectar, and salt in a blender. Blend until frothy and smooth.
RANDY'S CUCUMBER SAKETINI
Hendrick's gin has the flavor of cucumber infused in it. My husband put together this variation on a saketini to accentuate that flavor.

- Combine gin and sake in a cocktail shaker with some ice, shake well and straqin into chilled martini glass(es). Garnish with cucumber.

SERENA'S SAKE-TINI
Steps:
- Pour the vodka, sake, and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously!
- Garnish the rim of a martini glass with 1 raspberry and drop a mint leaf into the glass.
- Pour through a cocktail strainer into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
ICE COLD SAKETINI
Steps:
- Combine sake and vodka in a cocktail shaker with the chipped ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of Japanese cucumber.
