Rocky Mountain Oven Toasted Subs Food
ROCKY MOUNTAIN OVEN TOASTED SUBS
Man, this is a sandwich! Layered with assorted meats and melted cheese and topped with mashed avocado, pickles, and cool ranch dressing, it's quite tasty. Since they serve two-three (depending on how big you cut the slices), these sandwiches would be great for a tailgate or game night. A delicious and beautiful sandwich.

Steps:
- 1. Slice the loaf of french bread in half horizontally and then preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2. Layer the sliced turkey and ham across the loaf.
- 3. Then layer the cheese slices on top of the meat.
- 4. Cook in oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and meat is hot.
- 5. Layer the diced tomatoes on top of the melted cheese.
- 6. Add the mashed avocado on top of everything else.
- 7. Add a pickle spear at both ends of the loaf.
- 8. Cover the top as desired with ranch dressing.
- 9. Put the sub together and slice it in half vertically and it serves 2 nicely. Enjoy!

- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder and oregano; mix well.
- Spread garlic mayo thickly on buns.
- pile on meats and cheese and top with banana peppers.
- toast under broiler for 3-5 minutes with oven door cracked watching closely.
- top with lettuce and tomato.
