AMAZING CRISPY PARMESAN GARLIC ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Recipe video above. With a crispy parmesan garlic crust and extra crunch from breadrumbs, these may well be the BEST brussels sprouts you ever have in your life!!! And they're SO EASY.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F.
- Prepare brussels sprouts: Trim the base, cut in half and remove the loose, rough outer leaves.
- Place in a bowl, pour over oil and toss gently.
- Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Toss to coat, then spread out on tray cut face down.
- Roast for 20 minutes, flip then roast for a further 10 minutes until the outer leaves are deep golden brown and crispy (see photos/video).
- Immediately transfer to warm serving bowl. Scrape loose parmesan breadcrumbs off the tray and sprinkle, then serve immediately.

Steps:
- Remove the stem from each sprout and cut in half. Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and toss to cover.
- Spread the sprouts onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in a 400˚F (200˚C) oven for 20 minutes.
- Flip the sprouts, then bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the sprouts are fork-tender and golden.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Spread onto a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Roast in the preheated oven, shaking every 5 minutes, until crispy and fork-tender, about 20 minutes. Toss with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan. Continue roasting until melted, about 1 minute more. Sprinkle with red pepper.

ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH LEMON, PANCETTA AND PARMESAN
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the Brussels sprouts, pancetta, olive oil, garlic, and some salt and pepper. Spread the sprouts in an even layer on a sheet tray or roasting pan.
- Place in the oven and roast, stirring once halfway through, until the sprouts are tender and slightly browned, 18 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Toss with the lemon juice and zest. Garnish with shaved Parmesan.
ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH LEMON, PARMESAN AND BREADCRUMBS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Heat a large skillet coated with oil over medium-high heat. Fit a wire rack into a sheet pan.
- Working in batches, sprinkle the Brussels sprouts with salt and pan-fry until browned and the outer leaves are crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove to the wire rack. Once all Brussels have been cooked, transfer the sheet pan to the oven until the Brussels sprouts are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish. Top with some grinds of black pepper, a squeeze of lemon, a few shakes of hot sauce and the Parmesan, panko and parsley. Serve!

- Heat a frying pan over medium heat until hot, 3 minutes. Melt 1 tablespoon butter; cook and stir garlic until fragrant, 30 seconds. Add 1 tablespoon butter and Brussels sprouts, cut-side down; cover and cook until golden brown, 4 to 6 minutes.

- Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and heat oven to 500 degrees. Toss Brussels sprouts, 3 tbsp oil, water, ¾ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper in a large bowl until sprouts are coated. Transfer sprouts to rimmed baking sheet and arrange so cut sides face down. Cover sheet tightly with aluminum foil and roast for 10 minutes.
- Heat remaining 3 tbsp of oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until garlic is golden and fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- Remove foil and continue to cook until Brussels sprouts are well browned and tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to serving platter, toss with garlic oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve. Serves 6 to 8 as a side dish.
