1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup confectioners' sugar
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
15 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Steps:

  • Mix the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and peanut butter together until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  • Place the remaining whipped topping over the top of the peanut butter mixture and garnish with the peanut butter cups. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 9 inch vanilla cookie pie crusts or 1 9 inch prepared graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sw. cond milk, whipped topping and peanut butter. (mixture will get very thick after chilling).
  • Pour into pie shell. Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving.

Yield makes one 9-inch pie

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Lesson Plan
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake until brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
  • With a heavy-duty stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whisk the cream at high speed until it forms stiff peaks. Transfer to a large clean bowl and set aside.
  • Fit the stand mixer with the paddle attachment and a clean bowl; add the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla and beat at high speed until the mixture is smooth and silky.
  • Gently fold the cream cheese-peanut butter mixture into the whipped cream with a spatula until completely blended. Spoon into the cooled pie shell and smooth out the top. Place the pie in the freezer for 1 hour or until ready to serve (if you are going to leave it in the freezer awhile, wrap it in plastic wrap after 1 hour so it doesn't get freezer burn).
  • Take the pie out of the freezer 15 minutes before serving. Slice it and pig out!

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Coarsely chop half of the peanut butter cups; stir into cream cheese mixture., Spoon into crust. Quarter remaining peanut butter cups; arrange over the top. 1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
chocolate syrup
whipped cream
peanuts

Steps:

  • Peanut butter layer:.
  • Heat peanut butter in micro just to soften.
  • Stir in powdered sugar till smooth. Pour and spread into prepared pie shell.
  • Stir together sugar, cornstarch and salt in 2 quart pyrex measuring cup.
  • Combine egg yolks and milk add to dry ingredients.
  • Cook in micro, whisking occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
  • Microwave for 1 minute more.
  • Remove from micro, whisk pie mixture smooth.
  • Whisk in butter and vanilla.
  • Add 1 cup chocolate chips, stir until chips are melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Pour over peanut layer.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with your choice and do enjoy! :).

Stir in the melted butter, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, until the crumbs are the texture of wet sand; you may not need to use all of the butter. Using your fingers, press the crumbs evenly over the bottom and up the side of the pie plate. Freeze the crust for 15 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter with the cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix until thoroughly blended. In another bowl, whip 3/4 cup of the heavy cream until stiff. Whisk the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Spread the peanut butter filling in the crust in an even layer. Refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
  • In the same whipped-cream bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream and 2 tablespoons of sugar with the vanilla until stiff. Spread the whipped cream over the pie. Sprinkle the pie with the chopped peanuts, cut into slices and serve.
