Healthy Fruit Dip Recipe (Greek yogurt) image

Fruit dip sounds healthy but they're often excessive in fat and sugar. This fruit dip is macro balanced with great taste!

1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Steps:

  • Combine the yogurt, honey and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well with a spoon until fully incorporated.

I LOVE this fruit dip! It's easy and so yummy!!! I wasn't too sure about the number of servings it makes, so I guessed!

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
3 -4 tablespoons milk, if desired

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and marshmallow cream together with an electric mixer.
  • If mixture is too thick, you may add a few tablespoons of milk, until you get the consistency you desire.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, such as strawberries, kiwi, and melon.
