This is a wonderful summer treat for all peanut butter and ice cream lovers. It's very simple to make, but be sure to plan ahead, as it needs to set up in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. If you don't care for chocolate, you can substitute graham cracker pie crusts. Time preparing includes freezing time.

2 chocolate cookie pie crust (I use Keebler brand)
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (18 ounce) jar creamy peanut butter (or 2 Cups)
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
8 reeces peanut butter cups, chopped

Steps:

  • Working quickly, blend the 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream with the peanut butter, mix well.
  • Stir in the Cool Whip until well blended.
  • Quickly divide between the two pie crusts, sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups, and freeze for 3 to 4 hours until frozen solid.
  • Take out about 10 minutes before serving for easier slicing. Enjoy!

1 pint vanilla ice cream
20 miniature peanut butter cups, chilled and coarsely chopped
9 inches graham cracker pie crust
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Let ice cream stand at room temperature until slightly softened, about 15 minutes. Place ice cream and peanut butter cups in a large mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Transfer ice cream mixture to prepared crust and smooth with back of wooden spoon. Place pie in freezer.
  • Combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl and whip with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until cream holds soft peaks.
  • Remove pie from freezer and smooth whipped cream over ice cream. Freeze until whipped cream is firm, then cover lightly with plastic wrap and freeze until pie is firm, at least 3 hours and up to 1 week.
  • To serve, let pie stand on counter to soften for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with hot fudge sauce on side if desired.

This Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Pie is a quick and delicious summer treat, that requires no baking, and simple ingredients.

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
½ gallon container peanut butter cup ice cream ((vanilla would work great too!), softened)
1 (12 ounce) bag miniature Reese's peanut butter cups (unwrapped and chopped into small pieces)
⅓ cup milk chocolate chip
⅓ cup peanut butter

Steps:

  • Spread softened ice cream in pie crust until it is level and even (I found that I didn't quite use the full half gallon, but you can if you want). Sprinkle chopped Reese's on top of the ice cream, until they completely cover the ice cream and are evenly spread out.
  • Place your chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted (I usually do 30 second intervals- stirring in between each interval- until the chocolate is melted and smooth). Do the same with the peanut butter and melt until creamy and smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate and melted peanut butter on top of the Reese's candy.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours before serving. When ready to serve, remove pie from freezer and let thaw for 5-10 minutes- it will make cutting much easier.

This is an easy recipe....very little work involved and quick to put together. The major time involved is leaving the pie in the freezer to set! The 6 hours and 15 minutes of freezer time are not included in the prep or cooking time!

21 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (I use Oreos)
1/2 cup dry-roasted unsalted peanuts
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 pints chocolate ice cream, softened
8 (1 5/8 ounce) packages peanut butter cups, coarsely chopped (I use Reeses)
1 (8 ounce) jar fudge sauce
1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)

Steps:

  • Process cookies and peanuts in a food processor until finely crumbled, Add butter, and process until blended.
  • Press crumb mixture into a 9-inch deep-dish pieplate; freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Stir together the ice cream and chopped candy; spoon into the piecrust. Freeze for at least 6 hours. Remove from the freezer and let it stand 15 minutes before serving.
  • Heat fudge sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in coffee and coffee liqueur. Drizzle over pie.

1 1/3 cups hershey's miniature kisses or 1 1/3 cups milk chocolate pieces, divided
2 tablespoons milk
1 chocolate crumb crust
1 (8 ounce) package neufchatel cheese, softened (1/3 less fat, sub neufchatel for Philadelphia cream cheese)
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup reese's creamy peanut butter or 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 1/2 cups frozen non-dairy topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Place 2/3 cup mini kisses and milk in small microwave-safe bowl. microwave at high (100%) 30-45 seconds or just until melted and smooth when stirred; spread evenly over crust. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Beat neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese) in a med bowl until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. stir in peanut butter and whipped topping until blended; spoon evenly into crust over chocolate mixture. cover; refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
  • Place remaining 2/3 cup chocolate pieces around edge of filling just before serving. serve cold; cover and refrigerate left over pie.

I use my recipe#237573 you may of coarse use store bought --- vanilla ice cream may be used in place of the chocolate ice cream, frozen yogurt also will work well, a prepared chocolate crumb crust or graham crust will work well fine--- although I have left as optional to take this yet to another level mix in chopped frozen peanut butter cups, they must be frozen when mixed in or they will crush when mixing, chop them first then freeze, and don't be afraid to add in a little more than 1/2 cup peanut butter :)

1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened (or use vanilla)
0.5 (16 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter (room temperature, Reese's is good to use)
4 Reese's Peanut Butter cups, chopped and frozen (optional, or use as many as desired)
1/3 cup chopped salted peanuts
Magic Shell ice cream topping
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar (for a sweeter taste you may increase slightly)
6 tablespoons melted butter

Steps:

  • For the crust; in a bowl combine all crust ingredients together until well blended.
  • Press into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate, or a 9-inch glass baking pan.
  • Bake 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes; cool then place the empty crust into the freezer until ready to fill.
  • In a large bowl combine the soft ice cream with peanut butter until well combined, then mix in the frozen chopped peanut butter cups (if using) pour into the frozen pie crust, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  • Return to the freezer until firm.
  • When the pie is completely frozen drizzle the magic shell on top.
  • Return to freezer until ready to use.
