Steps:
- Place the ribs into the bottom of a well greased crock pot. Lay the onions over the top of the ribs.
- Whisk together the barbecue sauce and lemon juice until blended well. Pour the mixture over the ribs.
- Place the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until the ribs are cooked through and tender. Be sure to baste the ribs every once in while keep them coated on both sides.

Steps:
- Brown Country Style Pork Ribs in Margarine or Butter. Mix everything and cook in a Crock Pot on High for 3-4 hours. Reduce heat to low for the last hour.
- Chicken can be used in lieu of Pork.
- Use the sauce as gravy on mashed potatoes.
CROCK POT BARBECUED COUNTRY-STYLE PORK RIBS
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Using the canola oil, lightly grease the crockery insert of a 5 to 6-quart slow cooker .
- Trim and discard any excess fat from the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
- Scatter the sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker, then place the ribs on top.
- Sprinkle the pork with the salt and pepper, brown sugar, and minced garlic ; turn the pork ribs to coat all pieces. Pour the apple juice evenly over the pork. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until almost fork-tender (start checking doneness at 5 hours).
- Carefully drain the liquids from the slow cooker and discard. Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork and stir slightly to distribute the sauce. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour longer.

- Marinate ribs in dressing.
- Place in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the ribs are done you can place them in a pan under the broiler for a few minute for a little crispiness.

- Season pork ribs with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Mix condensed soup, Lipton soup mix (zaar wanted a size, but I'm not sure how much is in one envelope), and pork gravy in crock pot.
- Place ribs in crock pot. Layer on whole carrots and sliced mushrooms.
- Cover with lid and cook on low heat 8-10 hours.
- I like to cook mine a long time so they fall apart in the crock pot.
- Serve with brown rice and a green veggie.

- Butcher ribs into individual pieces and trim excess fat.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large cast iron skillet or pan; brown ribs evenly on all sides, starting bone-side down.
- Transfer ribs to the crock pot and keep covered in between batches.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and whisk.
- Cover the ribs with the onion and sauce; turn to coat.
