CHEESE GARLIC CROUTONS
Great on a salad. All of my family save there bread then bring there old bread to me. I freeze the bread then when we all run out of croutons. I will make a batch up.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Put bread cubes in a large bowl; drizzle with melted butter. Toss to evenly coat. Spread onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until croutons are crisp, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Mix Parmesan, salt, paprika, and garlic powder into a bowl; sprinkle over croutons. Toss to coat.

REAL CHEESE CROUTONS
These crunchy croutons are made from 100% cheese and can be used on salads in place of their bready counterparts. Break them into larger pieces for a crispy low carb snack cracker.

- In a small bowl, mix the cheeses. Sprinkle the cheese into a heavy, non-stick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until the cheeses are melted and bubbly. Tip skillet to allow excess oil to collect in one place. Remove excess oil with a spoon. Carefully lift the large crouton from the pan with a spatula and drain and cool on a paper towel. When cooled, break into 1/2" size pieces.

- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine butter and thyme. Spread over one side of each bread slice with the butter mixture.
- Place 3 slices in the pan, buttered side down. Top with the cheese, then with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
- Cook, turning once, until toasted on both sides, 3-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the sandwiches from the pan. Let them cool slightly, then cut them into 1" squares. Use in soups(tomato is especially nice), on top of salads, etc. Enjoy!

- Heat oil and butter in pan add garlic to cook for 2 minutes.
- Add herbs, salt, pepper and pepper flakes.
- Remove from heat and toss in bread cubes to coat. Sprinkle on cheese. Toss to coat.
- Coat a cookie sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Spread cubes on pan in a single layer.
