Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In 10- or 12-inch skillet, cook cubed 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken until browned and no longer pink in center.
- In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish, place cooked chicken, 8 oz crumbled, cooked bacon and 1 1/4 cups ranch dressing; stir until chicken and bacon are evenly coated with dressing. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
- Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Evenly spread biscuit pieces over chicken mixture in dish.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuit pieces are puffed and no longer doughy.
- Sprinkle 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese over top; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cut into squares to serve.

- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat; add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the tomato sauce, basil and 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium low and cook until thickened, about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, pour some flour into a shallow bowl. Beat the egg with 1/4 cup water in another bowl. Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley and 1 tablespoon parmesan in a third bowl. Coat the chicken with the flour, then with the egg mixture and breadcrumbs. Transfer to a plate.
- Preheat the broiler. Cook the pasta as the label directs; drain. Meanwhile, heat the remaining olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken; cook until golden, 3 minutes per side. Top with the sauce, mozzarella and the remaining 1 tablespoon parmesan. Transfer to the broiler until melted, about 2 minutes. Transfer the chicken to plates. Toss the pasta with the remaining sauce in the skillet and serve with the chicken. Top with basil.

- Heat pasta sauce, and cook pasta as directed on package omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, beat egg lightly in shallow dish. Mix next 3 ingredients in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Top with mozzarella; cover. Cook on low heat 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook bow-tie pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crispy, 10 to 12 minutes. Set bacon on paper towels to drain.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove chicken to a plate.
- Melt butter in the large skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook until juices start to release, 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes. Mix in paprika, Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper flakes. Slowly add cream; bring mixture to a boil. - To Cook Chicken:.
- Preheat oven to 400° F and grease a baking sheet.
- Place chicken breasts on baking sheet and coat in ranch dressing, evenly on both sides.
- Bake chicken for 20 minutes or until done through.
- Meanwhile, fry bacon in large skillet or on griddle.
- When chicken is done, evenly distribute cheese to each piece. Top cheese with 2 slices of bacon and return to oven. Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- To Cook Rice:.
- Put water in medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add rice and lower heat to simmering. Cover and simmer on low for about 20 minutes or until rice is fluffy.
- Mix in ranch dressing mix, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and celery flakes. Let sit for 3-4 minutes while cheese melts.
- Serve chicken with rice. Add a vegetable and a roll for a complete meal.

- Flatten chicken breasts with a mallet to 1/4" thick.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Dip into eggs.
- Dredge chicken in bread crumbs.
- Saute chicken in olive oil in a large skillet coated with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook over medium-high heat until lighly browned, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Combine the marinara and broth then pour over chicken.

ONE-POT CHICKEN BACON SPINACH PARMESAN PASTA

- In a large stockpot, saute bacon over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon to a medium bowl.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add chicken to the bacon fat and cook until center is no longer pink. Remove with a slotted spoon to the same bowl as the bacon.
- Saute onion in bacon fat for 1 minute. Add garlic and saute for an additional minute.
- Sprinkle in the flour, dried minced onion, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, basil, oregano and pepper. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
- Stir in chicken broth, water and milk. Increase heat to medium-high. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Cook for 9-11 minutes or until al dente, stirring every 1-2 minutes to prevent the pasta from sticking to the bottom.
- Remove from heat and stir in spinach, breaking it up to spread throughout the pasta and sauce. Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese until it's incorporated. Stir in the bacon and chicken.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese on top. Serve warm.

- I opted for overnight.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
