Cream Cheese Ranch Roll-ups image

Cream Cheese Ranch Rollups are the easiest and most popular appetizer you could ever make. Rich cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and veggies all rolled into tortillas - these will disappear in a flash at any party!

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 package ranch dressing mix
generous 1/2 cup finely chopped red peppers
scant 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1 small (2.25-ounce) can chopped black olives
4 (12-inch) or 5 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for tortillas. Lay out tortillas; evenly distribute cream cheese mixture among tortillas and spread just shy of the edges.
  • Roll up tortillas; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Slice into 1/4-inch slices before serving.

8 ounces ranch dip
1/2 cup shredded broccoli
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
4 slices cooked chopped bacon
5 flour tortillas

Steps:

  • beat cream cheese with electric mixer.
  • beat in dip until well blended.
  • stir in carrot broccoli onion and bacon.
  • spread mixture on tortillas to edges.
  • roll up and chill 2-8 hours.
  • cut each roll into 8 pieces.
