CITRUS INFUSED WATER
This fruit water isn't your average water with lemon: it's rainbow infused water!

Steps:
- Cut all fruit into slices and place them on the bottom of your water jug, from large to small. You can tamp (or squeeze) the slices if necessary, so that the juices are released.
- Fill the jug with (filtered) water. If you want, you can put the jug in the refrigerator for a few hours, so the water absorbs the flavors even better.
- Serve the fruit water with ice cubes. Cheers!

- Place 2 thinly sliced lemons in a pitcher. For still infused water, add 2 quarts of water. For sparkling water, add 1 quart of seltzer during prep and a second quart just before serving. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours to allow the lemons to infuse. Stir well and strain, discarding the lemons. For serving, add fresh lemon slices for garnish and plenty of ice. The infused water will keep refrigerated for up to 2 days.

- Cover the jar and store in the refrigerator. The flavor will get stronger after a few hours. You can replenish the water throughout the day.
