This is a quick recipe for ice cream. For mousse, freeze for four hours, then refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

¾ cup prepared fat free vanilla pudding
1 (8 ounce) container fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

Fold the pudding together with the whipped topping. Return to whipped topping container and freeze 8 hours or overnight with lid slightly open.

This is a great dessert that can be made while dinner is cooking or the night before a party. Make extras, goes fast!!

Ingredients

1 9-inch Oreo cookie pie crust
1/2 gallon ice cream (I like cookies 'n cream the best)
squeezable chocolate syrup
squeezable caramel ice cream topping (smuckers makes good ones)
crushed Heath candy bars (for topping) or crushed Skor candy bar (for topping)

Steps:

let ice cream soften slightly .
spread evenly in pie crust.
squeeze chocolate syrup over pie in a criss-cross motion .
do the same with the caramel syrup in oppostie direction .
sprinkle top of pie with the crushed candy topping .
freeze until ready to serve .
any combination of ice cream and toppings works wonderfully, this just happens to be my favorite combination !

1 can(s) 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp bourbon (optional)
2 c heavy cream, cold

Steps:

1. Mix together the SC milk, vanilla and bourbon.. set aside.
2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, approx. 3 minutes with mixer.
3. Fold in SC milk mixture; Pour into a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch loaf pan... cover and freeze 6 hours.. Enjoy!!
