EASY DEVILED EGGS
This adopted recipe has already received many good reviews and is the way I have always fixed deviled eggs. Since these are just basic deviled eggs, use your imagination and add anything you want. Double or triple the recipe if desired. Cooking time includes time to cook the eggs.

Steps:
- Place 4 large eggs in a small saucepan; add water to cover eggs by 1 inch. Bring to a boil. Remove pan from heat; cover, and let stand 13 minutes. Drain; rinse eggs under cold water. Peel eggs; halve lengthwise. Remove yolks leaving whites intact; place yolks in a medium bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon each Dijon mustard and white-wine vinegar, and a dash of hot sauce; season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Mash together with a fork until combined.
- Spoon filling into egg whites; sprinkle with thinly sliced scallions or paprika.

- Place the eggs into a saucepan in a single layer, and fill with cold water to cover the eggs by at least 1 inch. Cover the saucepan, and bring the water to a boil over high heat. Remove from the heat, and let the eggs stand in the hot water for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from water, and cool. Peel once cold.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Place the egg yolks in a mixing bowl, and set the whites aside. Mash the yolks with the cream cheese and mayonnaise until thoroughly blended. - Boil the eggs.Bring water to a boil and add the eggs.Cook for 12 minutes( water should cover eggs)
- Place the eggs in ice bath or simply cold water and let chill 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice lengthwise. Scoop yolks in separate bowl and place the eggs whites on extra plate.
- Add all the other ingredients (except paprika powder) to the yolks and mix until creamy.
- Scoop mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika powder and enjoy ! - to make it look extra nice you can use a pastry bag to fill the eggs.

- Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with enough water that there's 1 1/2 inches of water above the eggs. Heat on high until water begins to boil, then cover, turn the heat to low, and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and leave covered for 14 minutes, then rinse under cold water continuously for 1 minute.
- Crack egg shells and carefully peel under cool running water. Gently dry with paper towels. - Slice vertically down the center.
- Empty yolks into a medium-sized bowl, setting aside the egg halves.
