4 limes

Steps:

  • Stir water and sugar together in a bowl until sugar dissolves; chill in refrigerator.

  • Working in batches, pulse sugar-water and lime wedges together in a blender several times. Pour mixture through a strainer into a pitcher.
  • Stir cream of coconut into lime mixture.

Steps:

  • slice 4 of the limes in 8 parts each and add them to a blender
  • add the condensed milk and the water to the blender along with the limes and blend for no more than 15 seconds (the more you blend, the bitterer the limeade will turn out)
  • using a fine mesh strainer, strain the juice from the blender into a pitcher filled with ice
  • slice the remaining lime in half, and sqeeze into the pitcher for an extra punch of lime flavor
  • Stir and serve right away!

3 limes, quartered
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
5 cups water (divided use)

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Add 4 cups cold water and blend on high speed until limes are slightly chopped. Strain into a pitcher and then, with the strainer still resting above the pitcher, slowly pour about 1 more cup water (depending on how sweet you want the drink) through the strainer over the lime pieces to extract all the residual sugar and juice.
